Rebeka was killed at random while she was out jogging. They did know that guy did it until they arrested him and traced the gun back. She too was shot on a long stretch of road. That is the connection

Ok, but one was in jail and they have the details of the gun. I cannot see a connection.

It would be good to know the name of the officer who conducted the lie detector tests and the names of the investigating officers. A press conference would be good too rather than Lt Shaw just throwing spaghetti at a wall. They need to do more if they want an arrest.

How would us knowing that help with the investigation? You have no idea what they are doing in a murder investigation.

Because he basically killed a random girl while she jogged with a gun because she would not get in the van. Seems there would of been a passenger with him when he did it. So maybe he tought somebody the same thing.
