And she was TWO years old... :banghead::banghead:
Can you IMAGINE the fear she experienced when she looked into her OWN father's eyes!!!
Disgusting!
And she was TWO years old... :banghead::banghead:
And she was only a few days after her 2nd birthday. We heard something about this very early on. I forget the source, but remember reading an adult in the home the night prior to the alleged carjacking stated DL was 'disciplining' his child to the extent another adult had to ask him to stop.
I think D'Andre is going to be eating his words soon.
I dont understand why anybody would want to do anything like this, Lane said, complaining about speculation that he was involved. Its one thing to have evidence, its another thing to have circumstantial evidence. If its not pertaining to my daughter coming home, its of no consequence to me.

--there was this , about the 'anonymous neighbour'..

"An anonymous neighbor of Lane's said that Lane had "spanked" Bianca so severely s/he asked him to stop".
Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Carin Goldfarb said there was "considerable evidence and statements from Mr. Lane himself," which implicate him in the alleged murder. Lane's statements to police connect him in the case, she said.
Lane's attorney Terry L. Johnson asked that his client be isolated from other prisoners in jail.
"I'm concerned about his safety," Johnson said. "You know what happened a few weeks ago to a person who was accused of shooting a 9-month-old boy."
A person of interest in the shooting death of 9-month-old Delric Miller was allegedly attacked while in Wayne County jail earlier this month.
Thanks.... Do you recall if there was another source other than the examiner? I think there should be. Not discrediting the examiner, I've just noticed most of their 'exclusives' are on MP cases that don't draw the amount of media this case has. I'm asking only to be reassured there was more than one media outlet reporting this info regarding the 'anonymous neighbor'. I think we've all learned to be a little leery of information only reported by a single media outlet as it seems to be an error factor.
--i don't usually quote the 'examiner' but that was all i've been able to find on the 'anonymous neighbour'...
--we also have bianca's cousin, who told LE she witnessed d'andre beat her that night.

Sources tell us a child who was in the home Thursday evening, the day before all of this happened, told police that she saw Lane beating Bianca and the two-year-old may have been unresponsive following the incident.
Lane has admitted to police that he did discipline the child..
--i LOVE it that it's d'andre's OWN stmts regarding his discipline of the kids that prosecutors are using against him....
Thank you. This is what I was looking for, basically at least one witness who saw DL beating his daughter reported by more than one media outlet. I'm pretty certain this child witness is the same child who was made to buckle up a deceased Bianca in her car seat the following morning.
I hope 15 yr old cousin has come forward with any inaccuracies he may have initially give LE, or I see possible accesory after the fact charges.
I'm liking how I am seeing this unfold for the prosecution. ...And we know they aren't showing us their full hand.
D'Andre Lane, Jr. speaks. He has not discussed the case with Dad. More from him re: discipline from Dad coming up at 5:00.
DL's attorneys already arguing that "there is no evidence that Bianca is dead", but Magistrate sets bond at $3million- cash - because the "infant" is likely dead.

JMO. Any kind of discipline is excessive if the child is a two-year-old who wet the bed. Many of them are simply not mature enough to consistently stay dry all night.
DL's son says they haven't discussed DL's claim that he was carjacked and Bianca was taken.

Just a normal day in the life of... no need to talk about it
:waitasec:
I probably wouldn't be able to talk about anything else if my daughter/sister was kidnapped.
