Happy Birthday Chelsea. Praying that you find your way home.
I saw on the Help Find Chelsea Bruck facebook page a post about 2 individuals charged with giving false information in Chelsea's case. Does anyone know anything about this? I couldn't find the link to the news article online.
This could be the break in the case we have been waiting for. I can not read it as it is too small and I do not know how to enlarge it.Here is part of it.
My thoughts exactly Roses! On the other hand, many times there is a kernel of truth in the lie...thus making it seem credible. I would probe very, very deep with these two. Maybe something there afterall....not just the sensational aspect of the story. Dig deeper LE....
http://www.wxyz.com/news/two-charged-with-lying-to-police-in-case-of-missing-chelsea-bruckMONROE COUNTY (WXYZ) - Two people have been charged with lying to police who are investigating the disappearance of Chelsea Bruck.
Bruck, who turned 23 years old on Wednesday, went missing the weekend before Halloween during a large outdoor party in Newport.
No one has been arrested in connection with Bruck's disappearance. But a 19-year-old Flat Rock man and a 29-year-old Toledo woman have each been charged with lying to police - a crime considered a high misdemeanor that can carry a punishment of anything from probation to two years in prison.
Monroe County Assistant Prosecutor Ron Benore tells 7 Action News that Harlin Bird admitted to making false statements to investigators because he wanted to look like some sort of hero. And while the Flat Rock man was at the party where Chelsea was last seen, investigators say he later admitted to lying.
