Must see TV!! Cadaver dog coming in 20 minutes. Dale is there in 18 minutes and moves the anhydrous tank, while the drone was flying. Anhydrous tank on body cam footage from previous walk through.
At the beginning of the case, Dale said the dog couldn't go in the chemical storage. It didn't really make sense at the time. It is on tape.

I just finished watching all of Day 1. What in the world?-- is the whole defense that Dee left the house in her pajamas, as she never did, and somehow sealed her own self in that tank?

Granted they have nothing to work with.

I don't see this trial going well for Mr. Warner.

I found Madison, the Warner's babysitter, to be so incredibly well spoken and a great witness.

Apparently, Dale gave her the unwanted nickname "Fluffy". Comparing her to the comedian of the same name, because she was overweight. As if I needed any more reasons to absolutely despise this man

It was hard to watch her on cross. I felt like she was trying not to get overly defensive to the defense's questioning. And constantly checking the records. I think she might've been trying to find ways to clarify or provide context for what the defense was suggesting with their questions, which I totally understand.

I'm having trouble understanding the defense's strategy, though. It almost seems like they're just trying to cast Dee in a negative light, as if to justify what happened to her (not that I think anything could justify it). Or, if her body hadn't been found, like she ran off, but her body was found.
