Another thought is the RSO that was burning receipts. I wonder if any evidence could be gathered if clothing was burned. I imagine DNA on burned cloth would be destroyed, but if a zipper or snap was found perhaps it could be tied back to Nevaeh's shorts. I still find it very odd that he burned the receipts which were his alibi.

The more I read, the worse it gets.

GK has one woman paying his rent at a motel. A second woman is his GF of 2 months, who hangs out in the motel room all day with him, goes fishing with him, goes to look for Neveah with him and returns to the Motel with him after Grandma tells him LE is looking for him. A third woman is defending him, denying he could ever be a suspect because he was "Daddy George" to her 5 year old, who just met this guy when mom was paroled from prison in January and obviously dated him for a total of maybe 4 months before he moved on.

This guy is a con. He has all the women, including Grandma, serving his needs. He has worked his way into their families in a very short time, be-friended the child(ren), - in direct violation of his parole - and even had the mommy telling the child he was a friend, not a stranger. Now come on. He served 2 out of his 15 year sentence for a home invasion and molesting a child in the home in the process. These woman are not intellitgent, they are easily taken in by a sob story and they are all being used by this guy. How many times have we seen a bunch of women who all married the same con. Lonely, trusting, hopeful women meet creeps all the time. He wormed his way in to get to the kids. He bragged about helping single moms with kids when he isn't even supposed to be near children.

Let's see. I have never seen a parole order that did not include terms that expressly forbid the parolee from hanging out with felons. Therefore, I am 100% positive that GK had the same restrictions, but he didn't care and was violating parole within days of his release. Had LE known this, he would have been returned to serve the rest of his sentence and Neveah would be alive. The fact that he so quickly and easily violated parole tells me that he was going to re-offend. Getting parole was one more con job and letting him out just told him that his crime was not all that serious.

The whole point of parole is to see if the parolee can behave in society, follow rules and adapt to a straight life. He didn't. He hung out with children and felons.

Seems that JB perhaps went to K-Mart after Neveah returned from upstairs. She changed clothes and I am thnking that mommy dropped her off to play with GK and Savannah. Then at some point, GK and Savannah went fishing with some cement bags they stole from next door in Smith's van that they traded that day for GK's car. I am sure they asked to borrow the van, but RSO Smith was wise to something and didn't want to be the owner of the vehicle full of evidencece.

They buried her and 'fished' while the cement dried; guarding the spot.

Then they got the call to bring Neveah home and they said that they had just dropped her off in the parking lot but were returning to help search. LE showed up and they scooted because GK knows he is going to be a suspect as soon as they run his name, only to find Detectives waiting at the motel room.

Toys, bloody clothes, (did I read pics of children or is this a rumor?), his accomplice is his alibi and his BFF/victim is his defender.

I dont think she disappeared from the apartments, I think she was delivered.

Evidence Collected At River May Lead To Killer

Investigators returned to the steep river's edge Friday to look for more evidence.

The FBI said some type of cement was found on top of the body, which appeared to be buried in a shallow grave.

"It's a little more sophisticated than just dumping a body," said Andrew Arena, the lead FBI Investigator in the case,.

A key piece of evidence collected at the site is a 90-pound bag of cement.

Only a few stores in the area sell 90-pound bags of cement. The Kuhlman Cement Company, which is located behind the home of the person of interest George Kennedy, sells 90-pound bags of cement.

Also, it appears that the fence outside the cement company was recently cut.

I can't - at least not yet. So far, in my opinion, four of his fingers have already fit into the glove. With that said, I also don't want to be tunnel-visioned and miss a possible perp lurking under the radar and over on the sidelines. If it turns out that JB, GK, SG, RS or JE aren't involved, my feeling is that it could be someone who knows JB well enough to know her lack of parental supervision while Nevaeh is out and about the neighborhood, is familiar with JB's lifestyle including her association with SO's which would make the perp feel confident and comfortable that he wouldn't be on the radar.

The Sheriff said the suspect still out there is a very dangerous person, or SS. I heard tonight on NG that someone could have assisted him with the burial and concreting.

Would she do that for the love of him, risk years in prison for his lust of young girls? I can't see it unless she was of the same ILK and it turned her on too. Sorry to be so blunt. xox

ETA: Maybe it is less innocuous than that. Not sayin', but it could be he is her supplier and this is how she pays him so it looks all legal

We went through the most horrific case that I don't want to even name. It was the most horror of minds that preyed on children for years. We don't even want to say her name because it makes us sob. We do know how horrible it can be before they kill them and I don't know anyone who ever got over that one.

It isn't new. The things in this case happen over and over in the US. It is so sad that people can say it is unusual for this to happen.

I totally agree! Normally the perp jumps out at me from the beginning but there are so many "could have done it's" in this case that it's making it really hard for me to pinpoint one.

Please don't think that I've been ignoring you - I've been searching through news articles/reports that refer to the timeline and I've gotta say that this case is completely the opposite of the Haleigh case. Dispite disputes and debates around the time of events in that case, at least the time was mentioned when people gave an account of something. Oftentimes, in this case, there is no mention of the time whatsoever. GK never states the time that he got the call from JB about Nevaeh missing. (unless someone can direct me to an article where it is mentioned) What I don't get is why interviewing reporters didn't ask that question of him. I'm not a reporter but my natural instinct would be to ask him that after he tells of getting the call from JB and of him and Savannah going searching themselves. I'm truly mystified by that as that would be a critical piece of information to know. I would think that a reporter would know that in a missing child case they should always inquire about the time that the event occurred that the individual is telling you about - especially potential suspects! Had GK been asked by reporters everytime he gave his randition of getting the call from JB and how he and his girlfriend SG went out searching . . .blah, blah, blah, it's possible that his answer may have conflicted with the time that he gave to LE while being questioned which would be a red flag. I see pretty much the same thing with JB - alot of blah, blah, blah, but no real pinning her down on the time(s) by any reporters. So in answer to the original question here - I don't have a answer because I can't find the time reported/mentioned anywhere when GK & Savannah went out on their little search;

They went to Nevaeh's preschool on Riverview first to look and then to Greenwoods Apartments (as stated in the article - above).

The Detroit Press states in their May 26th article that JB reported Nevaeh missing to the police at 6:30pm. (referring to Sunday, May 24th) Yet I have heard others mention that the police were not contacted at 6:30 pm . . .:crazy:

This case is just in it's earliest stages, only a week and a half along... plenty of unanswered questions still. Give it time... there will be plenty of inconsistencies once everyone's stories are checked out and the fingerpointing begins...

Hi Salem, Yes, her feet look like those of a woman who would pull rice shoots if she lived in China. Nothing wrong with that in it's own perspective. But if they had raised the camera up anyways, you would see she is really very beautiful, a 24 year old who pays the $600 a month to keep GK's rent paid so he is assured a place to live.

Maybe she has children with him. That could be the relationship, and since her beauty gives her the ability to earn money and he is a low-life due to his sexual predications, she makes sure he always has a place to live. Maybe she cares less about that and really loves her children, if she has any. We know so little. I think she does tho - intuition LOL

It is the only reason I can think of. We have no proof and this is pure speculation on my part. It I hadn't known about his being a SO and just looked at his and her photos, I could see them as a possible couple. Now I know one has the edge. And I think that is all she is to this case. I have been reading for almost 4 hours to catch up. I know right where the spot is that they found her, I grew up right off of M-50 going toward Monroe. My sister still lives in my parents house, one of my cousins lives on Dixon road about 1 or so from there. I read some place that Kennedy's new gf Savannah does have, 2 small children (not totally sure if only 2) She is a single mom and started the day care to stay at home. I believe at some point she lived in a trailer park off of 7th street, not sure which one, but there are two. In one of the reports it stated that Nevaeh was seen playing alone in willow green trailer park, the night before she went missing, that is one of the trailer parks off of 7th street. I also read here taht the fence was cut to the cement plant next to the motel, could this be where the blood came from, did they cut themselves while squeezing threw the fence to get supplies. Could the multi tool be used to cut the fence. I wonder if they have checked near the fence for blood or finger prints. We do have a lowels in town and a few other places that sell concrete, not sure if it is the same size and kind. A few posts back it states it was a 90 lbs bag, was the bag found at the scene or did the cement block - Nevaeh weight = 90 lbs. SS, wow.. you said this perfectly. You are correct. The law for "just" molesting a child have gotten WAY more stringent than 100 yrs ago. Yet the laws for murder have gotten lax. They used to hang them soon after trial (seen Changling? Good movie). They try to cover the evidence to prevent going to jail. Yet they are compulsive, and cannot stop their behavior.

Put them on Alcatraz again... make them restore the facility through labor. Let them all rot there.

Thanks for your great post Nomoresorrow. This case is unusual as it is impossible to build an accurate timeline. Usually we have a basic one and fine tune it. Here we are lost as we begin. Then wondering if the players in the case are hedging to lower the possiblilty of anything clicking that might add up and tell the tale on them, well that is just the kind of people we are dealing with.
