Her other son lives in NOLA, far removed from her. I just know of his first name (and obvious last name) but little else. Maybe the reason she targeted Ramsay was because he lived near?
I just fear this was for financial gain. I keep trying to think of papers that she would burn or a reason for them, but I'm coming up empty. What's the point in burning documents when almost everything is now on a computer data base? Every legal document is digital, so what's the point? Birth records, death records, law suits and the list goes on, they are all digitalized and then put onto paper, not the other way around. I can only guess that the charred papers were from trying to ignite the corpse or possibly on him when he died (as in, in his pockets). I'm going to also guess he wasn't naked when she murdered him, so naturally he would be dressed - making it possible that he had papers in his wallet or in his pockets.
I've read a lot about murders but for some reason this case is sticking to me, I have no idea why it sets itself apart from the gazillion others I've commented upon. I'm a mother of two sons, I can't imagine harming a head on their heads and they are teens lol. I can't imagine cutting one up, burning him and tossing him to the roadside. I can't imagine lying to family about him being missing either.
What is odd is that her last facebook update (that we can see) is a missing persons poster, almost exactly 1 month prior to Ramsay's death. That is her last post. Now, with her son being reported missing by her - don't you all think she should have been posting up a frenzy about "find my son!", more so given how much of a family person she appeared to be? A bit odd huh? If she reported him missing on the 26th, then I'm going to guess he was most likely murdered between the 22nd and 25th, because you have to wait 24-48 hours before reporting an adult as missing, correct? And she attempted to dispose of him a week later? That means poor Ramsay lay dead in god knows what kind of condition, this entire time.
That brings into question what state his remains were in when they were found. Since LE is pulling fingerprints, he wasn't in too bad of shape as far as decomposition goes. I'm wondering if she had kept him frozen and also didn't dispose of him earlier because of the bad weather? I can't believe the places this case is making my mind go.
And with this lull in reporting their names or publishing her mugshot... because they are waiting to get ahold of family. Her husband is deceased so that leaves her other son, Ramsay's brother. Can no one get ahold of him?
