I now have good info it was one of 3 hospitals in 'Western Virginia" that would bring him through Duffield Va on the way to Brevard. (start in Hillsville Va).

I do know it was a HOSPITAL, not a clinic,ect (rules out Duffield for meeting)

Have you heard if JY actually made this meeting ? Lots of rumors floating as you are aware but someone said he did make it but was a half hour late, supposedly set for 10am but he showed up at 1030am. Don't know if that is believable or not - any input you have heard?

I am going to ask you to delete both the name and the link in this post. I happen to know for a fact that after this young woman's information was posted on CTV she was absolutely horrified and scared to find out this information was exposed on a message forum. If for no other reason, imagine how you would feel at someone exposing your name in this fashion. I believe this is a very serious breach of her privacy as no where in any news articles, search warrants, or any other document made public in this case is this young woman's name exposed.

Please remove it as a gesture of kindness if for no other reason.

Yes, I heard from a health care worker that knew JY through ChartOne that he indeed met with a hospital administrator and called a co-worker to say "the meeting went well". This info was confirmed to my contact from another ChartOne rep.

ChartOne is very sensitive and worries there will be very bad publicity coming down the road. They now have a "gag" on all employees.

From another source that knows JY well, the meeting was set for 10 am and he was 30 minutes late. JY called many people that Friday, including my source. He spread the word quickly among his friends and co-workers since all of this info was verifiable and crucial to his alibi.

Thanks - this matches up with other information. Had not heard about all the phone calls to friends commenting on the status of the meeting. Wonder what this administrator thought about JY being late, at the time, and now. Interesting. I wonder if JY was in the practice of calling friends after meetings to give them a status report - sounds rather odd doesn't it?

One thing about all that information - if so - it will be hard to prove he was checking his voicemail because of poor reception. By the same token, if he is calling everyone and their brother - no wonder he had to check his voicemail to see if there were any "important" messages. Rather devilish. Question to RC, or anyone else who knows...have phone records been released? I suspect not. I am only getting up to speed on this case and have read only parts 12 and 13 thoroughly, so I may have missed it.

To my knowledge, no phone records have been released at this point. Pretty sure LE has them all but there has been no public release of such information. We do know JY was "frequently checking his voicemail" from one of the search warrants as it was listed in the probable cause section.

If you want to see the warrants you can go to post 31 on page 2 of the links thread. This link will take you to a list of articles released by WRAL. Some of the articles have links to the search warrants, the recent court order for the therapist, and the Non-Testimonial Order (NTO) issued to JY. There is quite a bit of information there - most of the only known facts that we have come from those documents. If we can help you to catch up - just give out a shout !

I should absolutely not be doing this (haven't posted on a case since SP days) but I am far away from home and hubby in Canada - I am studying in the UK for a year - and while I enjoy my twenty something flatmates and classmates I do miss my more "mature" group of friends and you guys are great. Anyway, I'm OT.

I'm currently reading part 6 and I noticed you mentioned that the video that MY "popped in" for Cassidy was Cinderella but more recently it was mentioned Lion King (by Scandi I think). Not important but it struck me what a huge difference there is between the two. I hope Cassidy didn't take Cinderella too seriously! I was lucky to find my Prince Charming early, clearly Michelle wasn't.

The Cinderalla video was supposedly what Cassidy was watching the evening before while Michelle was visiting with her friend and watching Grey's Anatomy. The Lion King video was brought up by a poster (JTF) who believed the murderer popped this video in for her to watch after the murder had occurred.

I think I'd rather she had watched Cinderella myself as in the Lion King, Simba sees his father killed and believes he is responsible... " I did it" .

Have some fun while in the UK - sorry you will be away from home so long - may it pass quickly !

I apologise to you because my post did sound rather curt and short. I was the one who recieved contact from a 'horrified' Fiona after her details, and that of her husband who has nothing to do with the case or legal details of Michelle at all, were posted in ctv by Frenchbroad thanking me for instigating it's removal.
JTF said alot of things but she did not post identifying details of Fiona in ctv.

I am only touchy about the subject of her, because she doesn't want her info posted in crime forums and my concern is for her safety (and that of her husband when his info was posted). I am sure you can agree with me when I say there are some loonies on the net, so I think you can understand where I'm coming from having been subjected to a few yourself.

I also understand that you were only clarifying where you received your info from to posters here and nothing untoward was intended on your part.
