Oh JAKE,

How you do turn a phrase.

Michelle and Cassie crowding the car, very nice, Jayson's words? OR should I put that HATE in your column?

BTW, your last "TALE" was that it was NOT furniture! But things to facilitate the nursery.

Make UP my mind!

Gonna be a long trial.

5bigfish5

hmmm. crowding the car?
that sums it up, doesn't it? a motive for murder.
booty boy was tired of michelle and cass "crowding him."

jake, i was asking you.
okay, i'll find out on my own. someone asked it before and you didn't answer. it peaked my curiousity.

don't worry. i'll check it out.

by the way you describe yourselves up there in the hills, i thought it had ominous overtones.

i know even the squirrels are white in brevard, but was hoping that you are tolerant up there. it seems that MF having a boyfriend whose skin is a different color really bothers some of you. and you seem to hate or distrust New Yorkers. i hoped that wasn't the case. it doesn't seem Christian-like to me.

brevard isn't a white supremist type of place is it?
you aren't anarchists or survivalists are you? i know for a fact there are mountain communities in certain states where even deputies have to go up there in twos.

i think mrs. young probably knows those lawmen by name up there. she probably graded their papers. i don't think they would be mean or disrspectful to her.

isn't asheville nearby? there are lots of artists there, and where are the famous potters and folk artists?

i think how this relates to the michelle young murder is that we don't really know the whole story.

we don't know the real jay. we don't know if hostilities existed between the 2 families before this even happened.

i feel sorry for michelle. she just wanted to make a family of her own
and jay killed her. and his family is afraid to ask him about it.

it is very sad.

Wow, this looks like something you've kept tucked away for a while. Quite revealing, too. Thank you.

Would you mind bringing this up again, not quite so late at night? Really, I'm going to bed.

BUT, about your racist comment. I don't recall anyone ever talking about skin color. I think the original comment was about an African boyfriend. There are white people in Africa, you know. Also, I believe he was introduced to MF's friends as being from Africa, an African, you know.

OK, Fair enough.

An honest answer deserves an honest response.

IF R Smith and/or JY haven't told you to keep quiet, and most of the long time posters on both boards won't make you quit...what can WE do for you? WE have warned you time and time AND time again...the more you speak the more people fall off the fence to the GUILTY side.

What does it take? AN injunction?

5bigfish5

An injunction? A novel idea. Another idea someone gave me, though, was that I should lie. That's right. Make up things that would make Jason look innocent. Never mention anything that might make him look guilty. Lie. Why would I do that for an innocent man? I haven't yet.

only asking, jake.
not theorizing ... yet.

hint: i abhor racism , religious bigotry and sexism. i am intolerant in that regard.
but i believe in redemption. jay can make amends. he can ask for forgiveness and end the hell that he is putting his family and the fishers through.

he can tell the investigators EXACTLY what he did that night.

he owes it to his daughter.

Exercise is a good way to deal with stress.

And so is sleep. I think I'll try that.

Good night, board.

WOW,

The hillbilly action doesn't quit.

40 miles of rutty dirt road and he still thinks he can pave it from the handlebars of a bicycle.

jake!
we agree on something!
so you admit that you haven't been doing that for an innocent man??!!

oh jake, there's hope for you, yet.

if i'm not mistaken, i think that was you, jake.

Jake,

Lying and skirting the truth are semantics.

It is getting dangerously close to harming your own good name. It is at this point that I implore you to use caution. You have already said that you would give up most of your worldly possessions for your "gut feelings".

Your father gave you your name, he didn't give it to you to squander. When you married, the lady gave up her good name to take yours. It is a huge responsibility. Once again, I do NOT envy you!

IF you have children....Nebbermind..you have made that clear too.

I wouldn't trade places with you for all the tea in China.

well you how much room a Tickle Me Elmo can take up in a SUV.

if these nursery items were NOT furniture, these things could have easily been shipped UPS. they did not require a long road trip the day you are expecting houseguests on the biggest football game of the year (excluding the Super Bowl).

Seems to me, there were still several months in which to accomplish this. As you have noted, friends coming in to visit, arrange the trip before you find out if Michelle is willing to babysit your friends for a trip that could be taken at some other time. Not to mention being rather rude to invite friends down and the night before they come in you decide not to be there.

Its a lot like claiming the coach purse was an anniversary gift, until one realizes that isn't fooling anyone since the anniversary was three weeks before while JY was in Denver, or taking that long planned vacation that did not compensate for the wife's schedule and paying for the troop while the wife is not happy about the paying part. Fun and games, riddle after riddle.

Very sad when considering the subject matter is about the murder of a young woman and her baby. That part seems to be lost.

BK Boy update:

it either means:

1. you are poor and have to eat at Burger King
2. Something to do with protestant boy scouts in the 1960's
3. gang of boys
excerpt:
BK Boys
a bunch of white hicks from Conway, New Hampshire that thought they were a gang.
see the urban dictionary:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=BK+Boys

i don't know what it means or how it relates to the case. does anyone know?

I don't know. I'll guess. Michelle felt she needed some time with her New York family and friends. Jason had to work and couldn't make that trip at that time. ....I still don't know. Just guessing.

--Jake

I would guess Michelle needed her family in particular, her mother. Can't see where jy would be keen on going or even invited for that matter - seems we've been told that Linda & jy had a mutual dislike for each other.

RC,

"Crowding the car" is something that will stay with me for a very long time.

and i bet it was michelle's earnings that paid for a lot of what they had. and i bet linda fisher gave them money to put down on the Birchleaf house. and look at the thanks that they got; michelle was murdered and linda's other daughter is framed for the murder. and they are both being pulled through the mud.
