Yeah in the military or atleast the Army, they kinda give them a choice when they are pregnant.....they can get out of the military with an honorable discharge.

So yes she could have gotten out or could have planned on getting out.....

Alot of single women choose to stay in because it is a source of income and medical benefits and everything else.

At this point, I really don't trust the military there.
What if they got all the dates mixed up....
I want to know the accurate story behind all of this. If Maria reported the rape against one of her coworkers, I am shocked that they would not transfer him to another assignment until trial.

I know that the military used to be very chauvinistic. It would not surprise me if it were the same way. If it is, I can see this guy (Laurean) saying to his superior and others that it was consensual, especially if she did not go to the hospital right away.

No wonder this girl was "needy," as her "loving" mother so eloquently put it. She was fighting a losing battle. Then, she lost.

Do we know for sure that he was dropping the charges, I have heard both that she was and that she had not.

someone told me she dropped the charges, & when she dropped them, but for the life of me i can't remember when.....guess i should dig around & find an article...but thanks anyway:)

Im catching up so this may have been posted already - but could the 3 PPO's be for the people that were also harassing her? Remember, it was stated that she was receiving nasty phone calls, she had been slugged in the face, her car was keyed etc....

That was the incident she was going to be a witness to.

Thank You

Ok I am thinking they need to post pictures of the wife Christine now. I know she may be innocent in all this but of course that is only 50/50 as of right now. What if her picture is put out there and someone notices something? You know like hey, that was the lady who bought the bus ticket! I don't know..i'm just thinking for Maria & Gabriel they should pull out all the stops...& what's up with still only 1 stinking picture of 🤬🤬🤬?

I have heard both, Some were saying that she had dropped charges and that is what she was goin to have to tesitify to. They were going to charge her for make a false claim Then I have also heard she would be testifying about the harassment she was receiving. Not sure what is correct.

Someone, plese dont ask who LOL, said way back she is in the marines right now. BUT I dont know for sure. I know no help.

That "someone" was me - Rum Tum Tugger.

Initially - Sheriff bozo Brown stated that the witness information he received came from a former marine. He, himself, had not spoken directly with that witness at that juncture - nor did he mention that the witness was the corporal's wife.

In a later news conference, a day or so later, Sheriff Brown corrected that mis-statement when responding to a reporter's question. It was very brief & easy to miss. I had 2 TV's on - one of them on *closed captioning*. That's how I caught it. Additionally, I re-ran the piece to be sure I heard him & read the captioning correctly.

Same sort of reporting scenario with the "Mother - Step-Mother - Adoptive Mother" thing. Geez, there is SO much mis-information being printed or reported out in the media. With that said - it is my understanding that Maria's mother is her adoptive mother as she adopted Maria as a very young child shortly after marrying Maria's father.

It was stated by her mother that she & Maria normally spoke several times a day before she went missing. That sounds, to me, like they shared a fairly close relationship.

Side Note:
My posted info is strictly from news articles & press conferences - not blogs, gossip sites, or hearsay postings. If the LE investigator's info or the news organizations reporters info is incorrect - then so is the info posted here.

Okay - we've heard from Maria's uncle, (Steiner, her mother's brother) but, to my knowledge - nothing from Maria's father. Why? Is he still alive? deceased? Anyone heard anything about him? Where is he?

(Having major trouble posting - server too busy - shutting down, etc.)

The neighbors reported that Christine (the wife) was also helping to paint the inside of the house. They are looking for additional confirmation.

Maria's father is alive and is an Air Force Reserve master sergeant
in the 87th Aerial Port Squadron, which is part of the 445th Airlift
Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. I haven't seen any quotes from him.

Maybe it's just me, but the wife goes into the house and the walls are splattered with blood, he made attempt to paint over the blood on the floor (reportedly)...how could she not have noticed all this blood. She lived there and we're expected to believe she didn't notice this...IMO, she's an accomplice to the cover up and maybe LE offered her some kind of deal to tell them where the body was.

I agree. If I came home and found my dh painted ANYTHING, I would be extremely suspicious! and the woman accusing him of raping her and carrying his baby was missing, I would be even more suspicious. Unless, she didn't know about the rape/baby??

eta: have they said anything about attempts to clean the flooring? Was there carpet, hardwood, laminate? I would think there would be alot of blood to clean up there too and carpet would be the hardest I would think...

Defense atterny on FOX is complaining because the Sharriff has implied that COB killed Maria. He won't get a fair trial. Come on, her body was in his yard.

This is interesting. Then she had to be involved in at least the cover up. So when LE said no one was given a deal to supply the information that located Maria did they know this? Did she given info hoping that she would not be tied into the murder? If we just knew her timeline and where she was during the 14th and 15th it might clear up a few things.
