I am not sure--but certainly plausible. Just saying, it could have been a big Suburban. A Chevy Blazer. Two sedans. Anything. Vans always look suspicious to people because PSAs on TV always talk about a stranger giving you candy from them. They look "scary" to the collective consciousness. Paperboys aren't going to notice a guy sitting in a car as much as he notices the moving van guys in jump suits. Just saying, these tips are very, very weak. And the cause for wild speculation.
I think FBI agent Wright is correct in his assumption that the perps knew the comings and goings. And that a witness the police seek may have been part of an unplanned abduction.
I think the goal wasn't to murder at first--just my opinion. I think Stacy being a surprise led the perps to expedite whatever sick plan they had with the women.
If this Paper boy/girl did the same route for months and months then obviously they will have noticed a strange van parked up and especially at that time of the morning.
This sighting to me is a lot more credible than the porch lady who I think watched to many action movies and I still don’t think she could of possibly heard the kidnapper talk to suzie driving. Its simply to far fetched imo
