I have never believed the 'we confused the 9th of June for Father's day', as one of the first thing CA said to ICA in the car- on the 15th July, is - No, I'm not giving you another day, I've given you a month'.
There was something devious about it, but I just don't know what.

I agree. Something of significance happened on June 9th, IMO, and that is why they gave that date initially. Whether we will ever know the truth is yet to be seen, but KC and CA know exactly why they used the date of June 9th and I don't believe it was just an oversight that they gave the wrong date. MOO

I wonder where ICA and Caylee were staying from June 9th to June 15th?
Maybe June 9th is when CA and ICA really started squabbling about her doing 'sleepovers' with Caylee at various places, taking Caylee away from her. She perhaps gave the date as to when the trouble really began to escalate because it was stuck in her mind, but June 15th is really the last day she actually saw her alive? I can't see any advantage to saying the 9th on purpose, but I think maybe it was an inadvertent truth to the 'big picture' of the timeline of turmoil. We will probably never know.

Maybe a fight on the 15th? In the event KC told anyone about it, perhaps CA did not want anyone to think that was the motive for the murder. In Anthony World, if KC took her away on the 9th, but they fought on the 15th, KC obviously could not have killed her because of a fight. Who knows how things twist around in their minds...

ITA with the rings not fitting due to weight...

When this case first broke, CA lost tons of weight...now I believe she is stress eating or she's hitting the wine bottle...her eyes were so puffy the last time she took the stand, I believe during the 911 calls hearing...that's when ICA cried some tears...she hadn't seen her mother in a long while and was startled at how old she appeared (also matronly dressed) to be along with weight gain...this is a family who strives for perfect images, body images mean lots to this family...Remember GA telling ICA she appears to have gained some weight and to be careful....I think CA put on those 50 pounds she lost during the time she was unsuccessfully looking for an alive Caylee...JMHO

This photo of Cindy sort of shocked me, couldn't figure out how she grew her hair back that fast since her last appearance on the stand, thought extensions, but no, now I see it's from her 'frump days'. I think George isn't showing up because he just doesn't like to be talked down to or what I precieved as being reminded not to speak out of turn.

I have always marveled at how CA and GA seemed to have a ready explanation for every odd thing. Casey and Caylee being gone a month, odd? Answer, "not really."
Smell in the car? "Pizza, er, garbage."
911 call-"Ehm, I just said that it smelled like death to get the police there faster."
Seems to me you have to know what the lies are in order to cover them up.

I believe LE when he says, "I remember you told me that, that night." And, the very first thing I ever heard Cindy state about Casey was that she had taken Caylee "to bond." It was the first news report I saw. FWIW.

I don't think George(or Cindy as she states)were home the morning of the 16th for long. I think Casey had the house to herself, and had packed the night before. "Hints"-Cindy asking Casey why she was not packing any clothes for Caylee. Casey says because "they" bought Caylee all new clothes. IMHO, Casey was "calling Cindy's bluff" of taking Caylee because she was not a fit mother. She was claiming to be taking Caylee off to live when in fact she had already planned her murder.

I still don't believe the A's ever told the truth as to when ICA actually left that home with Caylee...I'm of the mind, she left that night in a rage and came back home when both of her parents left for work...I don't believe anything out of their mouths and that's sad...

I had remembered hearing CA say, ICA took a vacation to 'bond' with Caylee..which I though was just as odd...you bond with your child in your womb and then immediately after giving birth...this is one bizarre family who couldn't tell the truth if their lives depended on it..They are so into 'image' family image is of the utmost importance and I feel as if they are they type or CA is the type to want to keep up with the Joneses...they have nothing real about them, I think they too live in an alternate reality..A child learns what they live...I believe this entire household lives on lies...JMHO

Agree...I believe they lie, just because...

CA claims, she saw no red flags....then why would she tell ICA's friends what a sociopath and pathological liar she is? Why did she tell friends how ICA was neglecting Caylee...there were many red flags that she turned a deaf ear and blind eye to...JMHO

I think the displays CA showed to some of ica friends was some kind of a control over ica. True ica took money, true the warning to TL about being ripped off by ica sounds true, but at the same time, it also seemed like a form of leverage, to keep ica in check or in CA control, like ica wasn't allowed to have friendships, or a boyfriend. ica reputation wasn't the best, but pretty bizarre to hear things like that from one's mother to strangers. I feel ica is guilty, but I also feel she is keeping some dark secret that might implicate somebody else. I think there is a reason why CA didn't have some ph numbers. Meddling parents sums it up. Same lying pattern holds true for CA as well. All in the family. :maddening:

Just wondering "if" CA still professes Caylee is alive............why aren't they using the media to continue to find her? Why no pleas to the public that the LE are wrong and that they should be continuing to look for Caylee........like I said.........just wondering?????

I have always wondered the same thing. I would have been asking Tony and his roommate when they saw Caylee last and how often they saw her and who Casey said she was with. It has always bothered me because she knew what a liar Casey was, so why not ask the people she was living with about Caylee while she had the chance?

Cell phone bills to target shopping trips. What did she think Casey was doing with her pay check? My fear would have been drugs. Would CA rather us believe that instead because I see no other conclusion as a mother given the facts and circumstances. Casey cleaned out her childs bank account, piggy bank, stole gas from her father and a petty theft from GMA for Caylee's B-Day cake.

Much of what you say I relate to, however, we do have a statement that was made, something to the effect of, Common, were going to find Caylee, bring your camara. And also didn't JB say not to notify the police if Caylee's body was found? This says to me that someone told them were to look. They brought a camara, and a rod to probe the soil with. A tool they were told they were going to need, as most people don't walk around with a steel rod in their hands. They were within a couple of feet of Caylee's body, but do to the thick undergrowth, couldn't find it.

I realize that this post is kinda old, but I wanted to reply that there's also the fact that DC seemed to be focusing on black trash bags. So, I think he had at least a few of the details. I definitely think he was told something. The whole situation with DC being out there searching around is one of the more bizarre things in this case, IMO.

I don't know or understand how CA didn't get arrested herself. Did LE look the other way since she appears to be so distraught? I believe she impeded an investigation, she's tampered with evidence and now is changing her testimony...if she continues down this path, in the jurors presence, she might as well kiss ICA buh bye..I wonder if CA's attorney has told her that perjury carries jailtime...

I notice it when I saw it also.

KC says "she had a drum set yes" and when questioned further "she wipes her eyes to give her some time to think and then says "I think there are even other pictures" and Cindy gives her the answer because SHE KNOWS KC is lying and will continue if she lets her so she gives her the I know whose apartment it is.

KC will only tell the truth if she is "caught"; so I know she will never plea this case out; she will never tell what she did; she feels you can't prove it because you didn't see it.

This is what happens when you allow your child to steal and lie to you to such a magnitude that everything she does will eventually bring her down and everyone else she comes in contact with and it has.

How Cindy let her leave every morning with Caylee knowing she was not working and not having any idea where Caylee would be that day, is utterly and completely beyond me. I would be worrying all day long about Caylee and who she was with. Cindy knew that Caylee was a result of a one night stand; so why would she take a chance with Caylee's welfare like this. It is incredible to me.

That is the biggest red flag to me. Even though I was on my parents taxes until I was twenty five, I still had to turn in to them my W-2's so that my taxes could be done. If I hadn't turned those in, my parents would have asked me if I was still working or had my own taxes done. The only thing I can think of is that she continually lied that she was getting someone else to do her taxes. But sheesh, they should have notice no work paystubs (I think around the time this happened, paper checks will still given out more than electronic ones), no W-2's, and no tax documents (if Casey had them, they should have been in her room at that house). They knew she wasn't working, IMO. Why Cindy allowed Casey to be the way she was with an innocent child's health and welfare at stake everyday, I will never know.

I'm beginning to think the A's knew KC was a problem for a long time prior to her having Caylee. I also think they had no idea how to control KC, nor did they know how to properly proceed to get custody of Caylee. If when KC took the grandfather's money CA had notified the authorities Caylee would have been placed in CA's care at that time. It would have ruined their perfect family image but ultimately Caylee would have been safe. jmo
