is there any evidence that he left work early or was there at the house earlier than usual?
Misty looks like she likes downers and narcos...if she was out of it , a whole world of things could have taken place.
The rat incedent...could it be that Misty was the person in the passenger seat? If so, they are still considering her to be a juvenile. :waitasec:I think that may be one of the problems LE was having in the past with not being able to question Misty further. I wonder if we will ever find out if it was her?
I will assume that Suspect Information #2 is Misty.
They have blacked out all the details of #2 including name, but do state that Suspect #2 is a Juvenile http://www.docstoc.com/docs/9970528/RatGate

Neves' attorney, Mark NeJame, said on the show that Croslin-Cummings' story during a five-hour gap between 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. is in question.
"There are certain areas that still remain with a large question mark hovering over them. I think that's the focus of their investigation. We've been brought on to assist with that by bring renewed attention to the situation, because there are unanswered questions."
Nejame added, "The police are quite appropriate in following through and trying to piece together this puzzle. What happened during that five hours, and where is Haleigh?"

If that is truly the "gap" that LE is waiting on to clear up, then I don't know what to say. SHe was asleep during that time. It makes no sense to me.

If she was asleep how can she clear up what happened ?
She can't, imo. She can't clear up how the back door was unlocked if someone else left it that way for later entry/exit without her knowledge or why the screen had a block holding it open, imo. She can't clear up the pink shirt in the laundry if she doesn't know how it got there, imo.If she was asleep how can she clear up what happened ?
Do you have a link to show they have something that proves Misty was not sleeping in her bed? In everything I have seen or read...I have not found anything remotely stating they have such evidence. Maybe I missed something.Well apparently LE doesn't believe that to be the case as they have repeatedly stated, for the past six months, having issues with the gaps & inconsistancies in Misty's account of that evening/early morning events - adding yesterday that they have physical evidence that contradicts her story - clearly whatever physical evidence they have, at least one item is something that proves Misty was not sleeping in her bed . . .
IMO
I am sure Mark has talked to LE and that he wouldn't say things that aren't true on national TV.
