If she did not have access to a vehicle, I don't see how it is possible they have not found Haleigh yet. With the searches and dogs plus all the evidence she would have left behind...I think there would have been an arrest by now, too. If she did do something, she must have had help in the cover up and taking her outside of the area of the trailer park.
I have never heard it asked that way either. What kind of training did this dispatcher have?! Since when does this replace, "What is your address?". I may have been thrown for a loop in the midst of a crisis and this is not what a dispatcher is supposed to do. They are suppose to give easy to understand directions and use simple terminology because they do not know who is on the other end of the call or the intellectual level of the person.
