Misty's attorney feels new developments are "unfortunate"

This case will be put together, imo, when people figure out when tn was notified. We now have it being reported that she was willing to pay misty to babysit on monday. We do not know when she called. Did she want her to babysit during the day, night or both?

We do not have the day or time she called misty but I am placing my money on monday as being the day, not Sunday. The big "Elephant in the Room" here should be why wouldn't TN have stepped up to the plate and watched her own grandchildren?...

My answer is going to be because she lived 80 miles away and couldn't get there when the call was received. This was most likely the reason she sent "A family member" over there. Yes, the answer we want to know is when did rc notify tn of "A problem". We know for sure, because TN stated, she sent another over to the MH Monday evening ot check on the kids and deliver laundry.why? You know my answer...Because TN was not able to get there; she lived too far away..

TN, imo, is up to this to her eyebrows, AZ..I agree with you. Find out when rc really notified TN of trouble and you will have the answers to some of the crime. Since she really doesn't/didn't reside in PP at the time, it is difficult to get to the scene in 14 minutes. We never heard rc call his mom on the 911 as she said either.

To me this case revolves and can be resolved with correct datea from TN, where she lived and what she told LE and always has.

Do you also think the fact Misty didn't want to look after the kids, shows the type of mood she was in when she was at the MH that Monday? Not wanting to be there and being short tempered and edgy. She would be more ready to complain about the kids behavior to Ron which would only set him off with more anger toward her. Who knows, that could have been the basis for the phone fight they had. I could see the possibility of Ron leaving work and going home to straighten them all out.

I ask this because after all these months, I have grown to recognize your thoughts about Ron, how he reacts and behaves toward people who get under his skin, as being close to the truth. I think of all of us, you've got him figured out the best.

Hey, I'm with you. I believe TN is in this up to her eyebrows. MOO is that she has been covering from day one - for her son and what really happened and the whereabouts of her granddaughter.
My hope is that LE somehow pulls her into the investigation for obstructing justice once more light is shed on this case. I'm sure you feel the same way.

Awww... it's a little more than that, az, in my opinion. That's exactly why Mr. Fields is feeling pretty dammed confident about representing Misty re: Haleigh, I do believe.

to accept lp's deal, misty has to, at the very least, admit knowledge of the crime that resulted in haleigh's death, if not outright participation. in the eyes of many, that's enough to tag her a child killer, especially in light of the fact that she's held that knowledge for a year and only the promise of getting her butt out of jail could induce her to speak up. she'll still be facing hard time if convicted on even one drug charge, and child killers do harder time thab drug dealers. thus, she'll be hurting herself.

I swear I thought that she did the divorce on her own, without consulting Mr. Fields. IIRC, she had her signature notarized by Ron's atty's secretary and that was that. Robbie was faxed a copy after the fact. I'll see if I can find that info anywhere, primarily to make sure I'm not the one who's confused.

Robbie fired her as a client (per what I've read on the 'net) until he found out who owned the phone he was trying to contact her on. [Her appearance on CBS Morning Show.]

I agree, I'm quite sure Misty got divorced without having to pay an attorney. I know that in GA, the petitioner has to have an atty., but the respondent can just sign the papers and not even have to show up in a courtroom. Of course, this is when both parties agree on the drawn-up conditions of the divorce ("no-fault"), which is common when they don't own property or have kids together.

I have to vent this. I have watched the jail video twice.Misty has her family pestering people to come up with her bail! Who in the he** does she think she is? This "woman" is so immature.She put herself in this position,now get out of it.I dont care if they have friends who are millionaires ~ they owe Misrty nothing..Thank you all, I feel better.

P.S. unless she opens up on baby Haleigh,she will rot in jail.:furious:
