IMO What Nelson is showing with these witnesses, and he said it yesterday, 'camera perspective bias'. What you think you see from one angle may be something totally different from another angle.

I have another question for anyone that might know.... IF they were to start CPR or whatever, would they had to have removed the cuffs??? A question asked makes me think they would have.

I’m surprised over this revelation. I’ve seen videos from the crowds perspective where the knee appears to be on his neck. From the body cam perspective that appears not to be the case.

Maybe the prosecution will show body cam footage where the knee is on the neck. I don’t think they have such footage.

How does it prove it? How do you know that the bodycam perspective is not misleading?

IMO the bystander video is MUCH clearer. I don't want to see an officer pinning a man down by the neck but sadly that's exactly what's happening. And even Nelson isn't even claiming it didn't...

Exactly, as he hasn't said such. That is what a trial in the US if for, as a finder of facts and to apply to the law.
