His knee was on his neck for nine minutes. He only took it off after the paramedic told him to get out of the way.
that’s not what was just established

Watch the bystander video recording. His knee was in his neck.
This witness would disagree when looking at if from a different angle.
I'm actually feeling a bit uhmmm shocked over this, anyone else?
I have another question for anyone that might know.... IF they were to start CPR or whatever, would they had to have removed the cuffs??? A question asked makes me think they would have.
The video the firefighter took that went viral. It's one of the most important pieces of evidence because it is direct evidence. ImoWho’s 8 minute video? Show me
I wish we knew what the jurors are thinking.

- the evidence just presented proves the perspective of the bystander video is misleading and does not accurately depict where the knee wasWatch the bystander video recording. His knee was in his neck.
And I'd bet the jurors are wondering what the other jurors are thinking. moo
I’m surprised over this revelation. I’ve seen videos from the crowds perspective where the knee appears to be on his neck. From the body cam perspective that appears not to be the case. This witness would disagree when looking at if from a different angle.

How anyone can dispute that chauvin’s knee was i
n HIS NECK is beyond me!
There’s just no point in debating with some people. LolHow does it prove it? How do you know that the bodycam perspective is not misleading?
IMO the bystander video is MUCH clearer. I don't want to see an officer pinning a man down by the neck but sadly that's exactly what's happening. And even Nelson isn't even claiming it didn't...
time from those still photo's were:
ex 1045 8:23:32
ex 1046 8:26:40 (similar to placement as the previous)
ex 1047 8:27:49 another angle, because officer is standing up.
ex 1048 8:28:29
we don’t know that Chauvin knew he stopped breathing or if / when
Repeatedly testified it’s all - situational
