His knee was on his neck for nine minutes. He only took it off after the paramedic told him to get out of the way.

that’s not what was just established

Watch the bystander video recording. His knee was in his neck.

IMO What Nelson is showing with these witnesses, and he said it yesterday, 'camera perspective bias'. What you think you see from one angle may be something totally different from another angle.

This witness would disagree when looking at if from a different angle.

I'm actually feeling a bit uhmmm shocked over this, anyone else?

I have another question for anyone that might know.... IF they were to start CPR or whatever, would they had to have removed the cuffs??? A question asked makes me think they would have.

Right I'm going back AGAIN. I went back on this part that came up yesterday and the stills from across the shoulder blade were from different times much later on...

I wish we knew what the jurors are thinking.

How anyone can dispute that chauvin’s knee was in HIS NECK is beyond me!

Who’s 8 minute video? Show me
The video the firefighter took that went viral. It's one of the most important pieces of evidence because it is direct evidence. Imo

Nelson ALMOST did it, if not for that last recross question, he might have turned it around.

He's good.

- the evidence just presented proves the perspective of the bystander video is misleading and does not accurately depict where the knee was

And I'd bet the jurors are wondering what the other jurors are thinking. moo

A literal 12 party prisoner's dilemma for sure.

I’m surprised over this revelation. I’ve seen videos from the crowds perspective where the knee appears to be on his neck. From the body cam perspective that appears not to be the case.

Maybe the prosecution will show body cam footage where the knee is on the neck. I don’t think they have such footage.

How does it prove it? How do you know that the bodycam perspective is not misleading?

IMO the bystander video is MUCH clearer. I don't want to see an officer pinning a man down by the neck but sadly that's exactly what's happening. And even Nelson isn't even claiming it didn't...

Lawyer for Floyd family doing press conference outside courthouse about the psychological effects watching footage over and over of George being tortured is doing to his family.

Appears knee is in the upper back in top pic, and it looks like knee is on neck in bottom pic IMO.

I would ask "if the bystanders had become a threat to the Police, would they have been allowed to use force on them"

Nelson would go crickets.

time from those still photo's were:

ex 1045 8:23:32
ex 1046 8:26:40 (similar to placement as the previous)
ex 1047 8:27:49 another angle, because officer is standing up.
ex 1048 8:28:29

There’s just no point in debating with some people. Lol

DAMN

HUGE hole in prosecution case

we don’t know that Chauvin knew he stopped breathing or if / when

Exactly, as he hasn't said such. That is what a trial in the US if for, as a finder of facts and to apply to the law.
