Yes several, IIRC, moo, jmo, imo.Haven't previous witnesses testified, under oath, that Chavin's knee was on his neck?
How do we know those weren't the times that he adjusted his knee, and then put it back down on his neck again? It still doesn't explain why he didn't do anything to help Floyd. One of the officers stated that he wasn't responsive, and one said he didn't have a pulse. How could Chauvin not have heard that? He knew he didn't have a pulse for a minute and a half before he stopped restraining him.
Haven't previous witnesses testified, under oath, that Chavin's knee was on his neck?
Then why is Hall so fearful to testify?
It’s the basis for the prosecution -As I've said before, you can thank the media for that.![]()
I haven't seen it yet. I just checked court tv and they aren't discussing it now. I'm sure they will show it later. I'm wondering if those were the times Chauvin readjusted his knee and his foot and it looked like he was applying more pressure. It would be hard to tell if they are only still shots that just capture a few seconds.Nelson showed more, minutes apart
Yeah, bring back Donald Williams from trial Day One. He did an excellent job as bystander, expert witness. We might need an expert regarding the video of knee placement/perspective.
Does anyone know if there's an expert witness to go over this on the witness list?
Then why is Hall so fearful to testify?
floyd was fighting “too breath” or fighting because he simply didn’t want to be arrested the entire time he was conscious - long before any knee involvement
The police would have no idea the reason Floyd fought them the entire time until he fell unconscious
testimony from multiple witnesses thus far tgat sometimes when regaining consciousness suspect becomes even more combative
If Hall gave GF drugs, he could face serious charges.
There isn't too much fighting a handcuffed man can do. Gf was handcuffed before DC ever arrived at the scene. There was never a time when he needed the type of restraint DC used.
Bingo, jmo.Yeah, bring back Donald Williams from trial Day One. He did an excellent job as bystander, expert witness.
I think it’s the basis of the autopsy findings and why they were so completely different from the preliminary report. IMOIt’s the basis for the prosecution -
It’s beginning to look strangely familiar-..........
The knee was on his neck. That picture shows nothing.Nope, knee was never on his neck
We’ve heard for MONTHS a knee was on his neck for 9+ minutes
Police Body cam proves that wasn’t true.
I just remember him readjusting his body a few times and his leg moving as if he was applying more pressure. Williams brought it up during his testimony and described it as being similar to a blood choke or something like that, except done with the knee by applying more pressure. I think all the witnesses testified that his knee was on his neck, and they were right there.I don't have time right at the moment to go and look. But ...
1... from bystander video, I don't recall Chauvin moving much at all, do you?
2... if there is such video of him moving, why didn't the prosecution just show that to dispute those? They didn't.
JMO
I had expected that yesterday and they didn't show any body cam footage to dispute it. Now today, again they didn't show any to dispute it.
If the prosecution has any body cam footage that shows the knee on his neck then they need to come with it. IMO Maybe they will but since they haven’t, I’m not sure it exists.
Exactly. The Knee Was On GF Neck. Period. How anyone can dispute that chauvin’s knee was in HIS NECK is beyond me!
