I think it’s the basis of the autopsy findings and why they were so completely different from the preliminary report. IMO
it is truly devastating for the prosecution IMO

Yeah, bring back Donald Williams from trial Day One. He did an excellent job as bystander, expert witness.
Talking heads on court tv are saying that defense was MH to testify about the drugs which would then turn the blame from Chauvin killing Floyd with his knee and no CPR, to MH for giving Floyd the drugs that “killed” him.
The knee was on his neck. That picture shows nothing.
Exactly. The Knee Was On GF Neck. Period.
I'm going to assume that the suspect in that case was still breathing and had a pulse...a handcuffed man, just the other day, managed to steal a police car and drive for several miles - I still can’t wrap my mind around how. Doesn’t matter, he did. Handcuffed suspects have disarmed police, retrieved a hidden gun on themselves and used it -
Police train for all possibilities
Suspect handcuffed behind his back steals patrol car, leads cops on 100 mph chase
The lower perspective of the camera angle shows a false view of what was is in that screenshot. Nothing is shredded and it's not devastating. It's a false narrative the defense is pushing.Multiple screen shots taken minutes apart
Those photos shredded knee to neck
we don’t know that Chauvin knew he stopped breathing or if / when

Okay so photos and timestamps...
20:19:25 - Approx. restraint on the floor commenced
20:23:32 - Ex 1045
20:26:40 - Ex 1046
20:27:49 - Ex 1047 (paramedics on scene)
20:28:49 - Ex 1048 (paramedics on scene)
Witness answered "Yes" to knee appearing to be on the shoulder blade in these pics at these timestamps....
(MOO - they're so unclear. Only the last two when paramedics are on scene, would I be able to give a confident answer to. But alas that is what the witness said in relation to these exhibits)

So do you dispute Lt. Mercil's testimony on cross examination?
The autopsy listed the COD to be "Cardiopulmonary Arrest complicating LE subdual, restraint, and neck compression," and found the manner of death to be homicide.I think it’s the basis of the autopsy findings and why they were so completely different from the preliminary report. IMO
Thanks for putting those together!
The photo that you shared though (from the sidewalk), do you know what time it was from?
I watched some of these body cam videos last night to see if I could see his knee/leg, but I don't have the benefit of experts and good equipment so couldn't really find any other parts where I could see it well.
I hear ya, friend.THANK YOU!!!
This is so important IMO.
This is what I thought WS was all about?

What was the COD on the preliminary report and how was it changed? I don't think I ever saw the preliminary.
The defense did not manufacture those screen shots
The view from the chest camera is playing a trick on your eyes. Its an illusion... It's that simple. The Knee Was On GF Neck. Watch the video. So do you dispute Lt. Mercil's testimony on cross examination?
