Witness I did, I believe officer lane had forgotten some witness nnfo which I turned over to another officer

Witness I wrote a short report about the evidence and then that was it for the night

Surely he's allowed to give his opinion on whether the restraint should have ended earlier. Or if the use of force was excessive.

Finally -- at the hospital -- Chauvin says he knelt on Floyd -- and that was the first time Sgt. Pleoger learned force was applied on Floyd's neck.

Chauvin didn't say how long he held.
