Witness he told me that the bca is taking over but we should keep scene secure until they ask us to take tape down

Edwards learned that #GeorgeFloyd had passed away. This was around 10:13 pm. The decision was made to bring Kueng and Lane to city hall and the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension took over.
