DM's material isn't new, but LE hasn't seen it yet, so in that sense, it may be new to them. It's been there a long time waiting for LE to look at it. She's had numerous attempts at trying to get them to look at this information. Hopefully they will now.

Further, the St. Joseph police learned that in October, 1989 the man had lived closer to Jacob’s abduction site than did the Wetterling family; yet, local police had not been aware of his presence within the community. In fact, unbeknownst to local police at the time of Jacob’s disappearance, there were halfway houses in the St. Joseph area that housed sex offenders upon their release from prison. This information was disconcerting because during the search it was commonly assumed that Jacob’s kidnapper had attempted similar behavior in the past. Voice doesn't fit, although that wouldn't be hard to disguise. MF also seems to be a groomer. But, at 6' 2" tall, doesn't really fit either.

He's too tall. He's a Red Herring.

There may not have been extensive planning in advance, but the events that unfolded during the abduction tell me that this is not the first rodeo for the abductor. Way too calm and organized and remained in control of the three boys from start to finish. Had to have known how he was going to exit the area without being seen not knowing how long it would take LE to respond. For all he knew, there could have been a radio car two block away.

The aerial view suggests a couple of different scenario's. I am still mulling them over in my mind right now to see what looks the most plausible. Since there are not prints after the third pole, that would suggest that if DR did it, he took a short cut just before the curve through the grass to the back of the house. It would have been obvious to me, but I am betting not to LE who were focused further up the driveway and by the time the sun came up the next morning for an hour, any signs of passage in the grass were gone.

No I don't. I was informed that he has seen many photos and watch the videos to hear the voice. IDK what to think cause it's a spittin' image to me.....but I wasn't there, he was.

Jared also had to have passed up pics of DAH over the years too and now all of a sudden he seems convinced he was his perp.
