Can you imagine if they said no it can't be searched! LE would be swaming the property. Maddi's brother comes home to help search from overseas, covering 15 miles a day rough terrain at that. While AF does nothing & even refuses to speak to Maddie's family. AF claims he was asked by LE not to help. Thats the difference between a man & a mouse! JMO

If the property owners say no, you can’t search, then the property can’t be searched, unless LE has enough probable cause and gets a search warrant. Refusing to allow a search isn’t probable cause. MOO

When M's sister says in the video that the children "are no longer with Adam, but they're in good hands and they're safe", the implication seems that if they were with Adam, they would potentially not be safe.

THIS is an excellent idea. IMO, it's not just about efficiency, it's also the very social aspect of property owners publicly showing their willingness in helping to find Maddi. There had better be a big blue checkmark on AF's parents' property.

Blue bolded : Unfortunately without a warrant LE's hands would be tied. But yes, the van was seen driving along the road that is close to the parent's property.
Red bolded : Upthread this was proven to be a lie by AF, as LE answered this claim and refuted it.

A multitude of red flags ... and I'm following Madeline's families' lead in regards to the behavior of the boyfriend.
My guess is that she's either buried somewhere ; hence LE saying the word "disturbed"(possibly meaning earth ?) twice now.
Or deep in some body of water.

He's proved himself to be a liar (for a blatant lie that could and was easily refuted by LE!) and also to act impulsively and irrationally with authority figures.

If he is guilty, he won't be able to hide behind his family forever and if they are involved I hope justice will find them too.

JMO but he isn't innocent. Mainly because of this question -- if not him, then who else has motive and means to do this?
