I went to college in this town at the time this happened, and if I could give some background information on what the rest of the area is like in terms of people. There are very nice families and elderly couples here there are innocent people that you would assume that live here, but underneath all that there is as many bars as there are churches in town and from what I’ve heard a number of small time drug mills and cooking going on that bring all kinds of people to town. Meth is widely used for recreation among a certain type of individual, making someone who could get his trust by asking for help but misleading him a very very large possibility.
Just to give a story that I had heard while living there is that one of the individuals that I went to school with stole property from Central Lakes College in order to pay for her drug habit, which was of course funded by a community of people within this town. One day she had come to class and said that she knew exactly where that guy was and then spread the rumor she had been questioned by police over it. Now if this was regarding her own criminal lifestyle Or anything to do with this case is completely unclear and obviously was a person known to lie and steal.
But it does tell me that very dangerous drug habits do exist in this community and could likely have contributed to it.

I can't believe it has been over 14 years since Peter vanished and not a single trace of him has been found in all this time. Where are you, Peter?
