I wish I could find a video of maybe a minute or two before all the videos I am finding so far start. I understand that witnesses are reporting it but every video I see either has no audio at all or starts when the officer approaches her door telling her to get out of the car.

At the moment he draw his gun he had already decided to shoot her in her face. He only aims at her face. Not one shot but two or three shots. In a split second. Maybe even overkill. The victim had to wait for an ambulance for almost a quarter. Then she was pulled out of the car at her arms and legs to be walked to a stretcher who wasn’t nearby because of all the ICE cars who blocked the street. A doctor nearby the scene wanted to help her but they told HIM that ICE will sent help for her. So she’s bleeding to death and didn’t receive any paramedical help for a quarter after been shot multiple times in her face.

She wasn't blocking the street, IMO. Cars were literally going around her.

The video I saw featured one car going around her as she crept forward as it if to block it.

A second car stopped. I have a feeling that if I were to position my car perpendicular to traffic and then creep towards other cars in other lanes, the local police would consider me to be blocking a street.

One video in this series of videos clearly shows an officer getting bumped by the front of the deceased woman's car as she very rapidly accelerates away. Though I still don't think she truly intended to run the officer over, what she decided to do was not a good idea.

She was trying to get out at the least possible mph she could go. They told her to get out of here. I could not drive my Toyota 4wd so slowly and keep it running, without playing with the clutch/brakes. His choice to murder her caused her car to actually become the weapon it hadn't been before.

No, there were no humans in front of her car, but it doesn't matter. Shooting at the driver would still have been inappropriate.

ICE is trained that shooting at the driver of a car does not stop it.

Think about it. A dead person doesn't apply the brakes. And as it turns out, her car did indeed continue after the murder. Thus, the training is to not shoot at the driver with the intent of stopping the car.

The police in my country does not shoot people in, uh, anything without valid cause. What this woman did would not be deemed a valid cause and the police officer would be most probably arrested and tried.

And would you expect to them to try to open your car door and forcibly remove you from your vehicle? Or shoot you multiple times in point blank range? Is that how you would expect that situation to be handled?

Perhaps she was “creeping forward” so that she could see around the car parked in the road in order to make a turn and go down the street? When you are pulling out and making a turn, that’s pretty standard road rules.

While doing that, have someone yell "get out of here" as another burly masked yells "stop" while both aim guns at you and reach in through the window to grab you. Point is, her car was a danger to no one until after he murdered her.

I watched the slowed down vehicle. He was drawing as she was in reverse, and as she turns her wheels AWAY from him, to the right. If he had thought to take a step back instead of immediately thinking to shoot, there would not have been an issue.

He didnt draw until AFTER the tires spun momentarily as she pressed the gas to move forward. Her reverse lights were off and the tires were still straight towards him as he's drawing his weapon.

There are plenty of videos with audio available. The longest clip I have seen starts with her waving the ice cars along and saying something like “go around”. One car does (because she isn’t blocking the street), but others stop, masked men jump out yelling, one is yanking at her door, one is walking around the car (with a phone in his hand), we know the rest…

We will have to agree to disagree. I see him drawing before she ever puts the car in drive. I will say the NYT analysis in post #484 supports my stance.
