I'm not sure I understand what you mean by this comment, so my apologies if i have misunderstood. It's my understanding the FBI is investigating. Are you saying its unlikely that the FBI are impartial or interested in what really happened?
I would absolutely suggest that this FBI is NOT impartial or interested in the truth of this shooting. IMO

Moo....USA will be like Northern Ireland if it keeps going this way. Except it will be right vs left. I thought the powers in control were for all its citizens regardless of political choice. Is there only one choice now?

We are all entitled to our opinions, and don't always agree with one another. I believe it will be a just review of the events.

Looking like it. So yes. JMO

The point is, it has not YET been determined to be murder, or manslaughter, or anything else.
It didn't look like suicide to me or like sudden medical relapse - heart attack, stroke etc, and it wasn't accidental like drowning so what remains other than homicide? MOO

That’s an interesting perspective. I don’t see it that way, far from it. imo

Yes, there are different classifications of murder. The point is, it has not YET been determined to be murder, or manslaughter, or anything else.

IMO, the ME will find it to be a homicide. It's not a tricky manner of death.

IMO, there is more than enough cause to charge Ross on Good's death already, and it is a privilege that he is apparently walking free while it is being investigated. I'm certain with the same set of facts, if I were Ross, I'd be in jail or out on a huge bond.

IMO if Ross is not charged with some type of murder and the case is not brought to a jury, it will be a miscarriage of justice.

MOO

Looks like she was intentionally blocking traffic. Why?
They were there to help protect their neighbors. Impeding traffic is one way. However, we see many vehicles going around either side, so there was lots of room. It was more of a visual block. From their comments "It'll be the same license plate when you come around to our house later" it looks like they expected to be arrested. They knew what they were doing was not legal, but were willing to pay the price of an arrest, as many conscientious objectors have over the decades. They did NOT expect to be killed.

The powers in control should be for all citizens, but in this climate, they often seem to punish those who oppose them. Legally there’s more than one choice, but in practice, it doesn’t always feel that way to me. IMO

Yup. After the shooter is convicted, Trump will just pardon him.

That's his MO. Just like everyone else who was penalized for supporting his beliefs

Has the Medical Examiner ruled on the manner of death?

There is frequent use of the word “murder” in this thread. Murder is a specific legal determination, generally defined as the unlawful and premeditated killing of one person by another. While that may ultimately be the conclusion, it has not been established at this point. IMO until the Medical Examiner and the appropriate legal authorities have made their findings, the manner of death remains undetermined.
Trust me, we know what the term murder means. It's being very deliberately used.

Yes, I assume it will be homicide. But as many have stated here, homicide is not necessarily murder. Murder is a legal term. That is not up to the ME to determine. It's for a court of law to determine, if a person is charged with murder.

"Neighbors said that Jonathan Ross is “a hardcore MAGA supporter,” with one noting that they’d seen Trump stickers and a “Don’t Tread On Me” flag — often associated with opposition to government overreach — outside his home." Father of ICE agent who shot Renee Good breaks silence f ver killing
So how is this relevant to the case? I've seen lots of political stickers on cars and homes, or signs and flags, not sure what this has to do with this case.

Moo....well that does explain his attitude to same sex couple, rage and disgust...with a deadly weapon..moo
I don't think it explains anything other than his political choices. I don't make assumptions about what people believe about social and cultural issues based solely on their politics.

“You would never find a nicer, kinder person,” the father, who is from Illinois, added. “He's a committed, conservative Christian, a tremendous father, a tremendous husband. I couldn't be more proud of him.”
