I agree, 100%. He leaned over her car to shoot her, therefore yes, his body is in contact with her car but by his own doing. His feet also stay planted on the ground the entire time. You can see both of his feet next to her tire which is turned to the right. They are never lifted up by the car. He was never in danger of being “run over” by Renee because she was turning her wheel away from him. His cell phone footage shows her turning her wheel, I will go back and watch to get the exact time you can see her crank her wheel all the way to the right, but it is in the video he took himself. All MOO.

I have watched that moment many times. I think a jury would see that he placed himself in front of Renee's vehicle, he leaned in to shoot her, the car drives past him, he shoots again, and again.

There is no way he didn't see Renee's hands turning the steering wheel to the right. I saw it, and I wasn't looking at her to shoot her.

imo

I think what was dangerous about the "drive, baby, drive" is that the agent may have misinterpreted this as a suggestion for her to drive into him.
Yes. I can see this.

Only a kangaroo court would not convict him and send him away.

I just rewatched his cell phone video, which is :46 seconds long. At the :40 second mark, you can very clearly see her turning her wheel away from him. Yet within the next 6 seconds of the video he’s already shot her 3 times. And the final 2 of those seconds in the video are her car crashing into the pole and another car and him calling her a b*tch. All MOO.

"Murderer! Murderer! Don't let him drive away!"

Some of the things being yelled by an eyewitness(es).

As per the video in this Aussie link.

Anybody wanna see the shooter erasing the victim's tire tracks? Go to 1:50 in @SouthAussie link's vid.

She had no intention of exiting the vehicle. She placed the vehicle in drive, hit the accelerator before the officer unholstered his firearm. That is what the videos show. imo
Imo he wouldn't have had sufficient reaction time unless he already had his weapon out. Had she hit the accelerator first, presuming he was in front of the vehicle, the vehicle would have hit him in maybe a second. Google tells me it takes 1.7, seconds to go 5 feet at 2mph, and he was much closer than 5 feet.

I have posted that article with the video link here several times because it shows what the eyewitnesses saw. I thought it was really worth watching.

Of course there is no justification.

Because one person legally heckles you and hurts your feelings, you can shoot and kill a related person? I think not!

A person trusted with a gun in any kind of LE has to have emotional control.

MOO
Yes; but I only meant about the "drive, baby, drive" maybe causing him to think he might be driven into.

Yeah i don't hear it in any of the videos at all. I'm sure no one will share a video of that because i also asked for video or audio of them telling her to leave or get "out of here" several pages back on the thread and "still waiting" for it to be shared. I don't think it happened but that's MOO.

Of course it doesn't matter that that isn't heard in any of the videos because "witnesses said" it happened and it fits the overwhelming sentiment in this forum that ICE agents are literally gestapo nazi racists who kill anyone who gets in their way.
What difference would it make if ICE only told RNG to get out of the car? They still had zero legal authority to make that order.

Per guidelines for the federales, they can't shoot into a car to eliminate the hazard they themselves created by standing in front of a vehicle. They are required to step away from the danger. There wasn't any danger, but he was still required to avoid causing any.

I don't see that. He does not look like a person who thinks he's about to be driven into. That would be fear. He is just angry.

I was only commenting on what is heard in the videos versus what eyewitnesses reported. I said absolutely nothing about whether that was a lawful order or not.

Thank you. ICE was not accomplishing anything related to immigration enforcement. They were just terrorizing civilians.

No doubt this will be huge.
I think so too. I have to wonder if it could be part of the reason her partner said “it’s my fault”. imo

Not even. She wasn't parked there.

She was maneuvering her vehicle to leave.

She thought she was going home to her family.

MOO
The latest video, from the balcony, shows she was parked there for 3 to 4 minutes. imo

I don't think it matters whether the partner's cries of drive baby drive can be a factor in the agent's perception. This case will never see a court of law. He's already been cleared as far as those in control have determined. And the Feds have already seized control of the "investigation" such that it is.

I think that is why so many, myself included, are angry. I don't like being told nothing to see here when I saw plenty that concerns me.

all MOO

Can something like this incident be taken to Minnesota State Supreme Court?
