I think it was more like a cosplay type of picture, probably depicting some character from a series or something. Just MOO.
But is the most normal picture I've seen of Gipsy and personally I liked it.

It is a very different picture/view from what we have seen of her while posing with mom. My only issue with the pic is the knife licking.
It was said that the picture was taken two weeks before her mother was stabbed to death and I find that disturbing. IMO

Just caught up with reading this thread. I have a question about what LEO found in the home including a bus pass for Gypsy. Do regular transit buses there accommodate wheelchairs or is a different bus (pass) required there?

I looked up tooth loss and anti seizure medications - seems Tegretol and Dilantin are associated dental hyperplasia where the gums swell over the teeth but quickly resolves when the dosage is reduced or Rx changed. Regular dental care can avoid tooth loss even while on the meds. Why wouldn't DD take her for appropriate dental care vs horrendous tooth pain and loss?

That is neglect IMO!

If Gypsy was on SSI her insurance would cover regular dental until age 21 (i.e. Cleanings, X-rays, removal of wisdom if needed, fillings, etc). Plus DD would just cyber beg for funding Just like she did for the feeding tube supplies, housing, etc. IMO

I call it neglect - no child should have to lose her teeth because it Doesn't fit with Mama's agenda. Gypsy certainly endured horrendous tooth pain - was she also getting pain meds prescribed? Or did that bother DD at all?

Some psychotropic meds require frequent blood testing to ensure toxicity is not an issue.

I am also concerned about how frail Gypsy had become. If she truly ever did have a feeding tube there are no excuses for a failure to thrive situation as she would have had 2 ways to feed. But that wouldn't fit with DD's agenda.
