a 4th witness describes Michael Brown as not trying to get into the vehicle but as trying to get away from the vehicle, shot fired from inside vehicle, Michael runs away and is shot in the back, turns with hands up and is shot repeatedly until dead.
but surely all these witnesses cant be trusted...

its so interesting to now compare peoples reactions to this case as compared with say cameron redus' case, in that case you had proof that the shooting victim had committed a crime and was being engaged for that reason, you had audio that had been reviewed and showed the officer issuing something like 50+ commands to the person that were ignored, you had two witnesses that said they saw the person fighting against and getting the better of the officer - and people defended cameron redus' through all of it, no this officers work history must prove he is a hothead, his neighbor from years ago didnt like him! he had no right to stop this man! the man was unarmed why would ever have to shoot him, all the poor kid did was fight with him for almost 6 minutes!
i wonder what ever could be different in these two cases... hmmmm i dont know, probably just one of those things...
