I believe they said that was preliminary- that they had not been given X rays or residue etc, and so it was not in any way complete or final?
Was there another autopsy marked final/ complete - anywhere? I don;t think so! Could be next to the pictures of OW's bruises- in the pile of things we have not seen yet.

MOO

Are you implying Baden got it wrong and Brown was shot in the back?

I missed the part where the players are donating. Some might be but I read right through it and I read the article twice. Help please?!?!?!

same here - nothing in that article states that the Rams players are donating anything & if you look on the Twitter feed, it's only a handful of people talking to themselves.

That's a toy like Mike Brown was shot in the back with his arms up. IMO

It should be noted that neither video of the Michael Brown shooting actually shows the shooting itself take place. However, given the officer's testimony, the account given by the unknown male in the video that was uploaded to YouTube of the shooting, the two autopsies that indicate that the teen could have been moving toward the officer when he was shot, and several witness' testimonies that back Wilson's statements, it would seem that charges against Wilson will not actualize. At least not with regard to murder...

Link?, the account given by the unknown male in the video that was uploaded to YouTube of the shootingDamn. Missed his testimony too explaining what he said., the two autopsies I swear I've been following this case but did not realize 2 had been released. Was the other one released from the County or the DOJ? that indicate that the teen could Well son of a buck. All of that just for a "could" have been moving toward the officer when he was shot, and several witness' testimonies that back Wilson's statementsNames? My shock in bold. I swear, both sides need to just stop making stuff up to suit their personal narrative and just wait.

Oy, life is kicking me around, I've missed some good conversation!

There is only one outcome in this GJ investigation that won't end up with discontent and civil disobedience and that is the indictment, arrest, and conviction of Darren Wilson based on evidence that converts his current supporters into supporters of an excessive force inspired charge. I would accept such evidence and change my opinion the second I see it. I suspect that evidence does not exist. The evidence that would inspire me to waffle would seem to be readily available to the GJ already (witnesses, autopsy, tox, video and audio). The lack of such could only be explained one of two ways, legitimate and fair non-existence and McCulloch's office suppressing. Given the FBI and Holder are involved in some capacity, I doubt McCulloch risks suppressing evidence knowing it is career suicide that will ruin whatever legacy he has built. This isn't what I want or need, just what my brain has calculated. I just frankly see no other logical explanation at this point. I guess there is the chance that the delay is due to efforts to make sure the case is air tight AGAINST Wilson and if that is the case, I will see that evidence needed to change my mind.

My question to those who think Wilson should be convicted of killing Mike Brown unnecessarily is this. If it is proven to you that Wilson was totally innocent of wrongdoing, do you think that evidence will convince those who would otherwise participate in discontent and civil disobedience?

I don't know if OW should be convicted or not, but to answer you...no, some just won't care even if you showed them a video of the entire episode and that video showed MB beating OW at his car, dragging him up the street and beating him more before OW could get to his revolver and shoot him. There are always going to be malcontents. A vast majority of the people, if McCulloch can actually produce the evidence, will accept the finding if that's what that evidence shows.

Another problem as I see it is that they have allowed 2 issues to bleed into 1. Namely MB/OW and the societal issues in the area. Even if OW is properly vindicated, some will still have a legitimate gripe over the societal issues but because of that blending of issues, their continued protestations may spill over as well to OW's vindication.

Who is THEY? Who let the issues bleed together? I know the protestors conflated the issues. But who 'let' them?

I believe his arms were down and moving as he was running toward Wilson. Like normal people's arms do while running...Wilson was aiming at center mass after being punch in his left eye...all of his shots pulled to the left because of the eye injury blurring his vision and relying too much on his right eye.
Wilson certainly wasn't aiming above Browns head....if you're claiming his arms were up when sustaining injuries.
It doesn't matter if Browns arms were above his head when the final shots were fired, Brown was still moving TOWARD Wilson...

In the end, it was Brown that tried to close the distance between them.

Hard to believe that after running an obviously scared brown decided to bull rush an officer who had his gun drawn

Plus none of the witnesses say nor suggest that mike brown ran towards wilson once they met face to face after the on foot chase though

Some do say brown stumbled forward during which i m sure is when brown was shot in the eye than the top of the head

And it does a make a difference the matter in which brown move towards wilson.... wilson had to have been made to feel threatened. An injured man stumbling forward clutching his stomach doesnt sound like much a threat

The multiple eye witness accounts suggest to me the shots to browns arms and hand either occured when he was running away from wilson at one point or when he had his hands up

What i believe happened is there was a scuffle at the suv, wilson fired his gun, mike ran... wilson got out his suv running after him all the while shooting, mike scared or either braised by a bullet stopped to face wilson with his hands up...for whatever reason wilson kept firing as mike stumbled forward

You should also consider mike had no bruising on his knuckles fingers that would suggest he purposedly punched wilson in the face

We know some of what the officers testimony is because of what the chief has said. No one is making that up. And a few of the witnesses have said MB was moving forward, even if just by a centimeter.

Would your opinion change at all IF a witness or 3 came forward, and said that as OW began to step out of his vehicle, MB rushed him, shoved him back in and began hitting him in the face? And if there were fingerprints from MB on the gun? And pictures of the officers injuries. Would that change anything for you?
