Actually, he could be sitting in jail and still have his due process rights honored. People get arrested all the time and sit in jail before they're convicted. Personally, I don't see the sense in doing so in this case with the GJ going already. If I thought OW might flee, it would be a different story.

People that sit in jail until their convictions have been charged with a crime. There is zero reason for OW to be sitting in jail.

I'm talking about the story of the father and son run-in with OW. CMac2 brought it up. I'm just curious where the proof is since there is no complaint filed by the father or son.

I'm just saying that is what the GJ and the County PD is for. They dig for that proof, if there even is any.

Are you kidding me? Nevermind. You're right. No one should investigate potential bad acts of OW in the past.

Talk about a people that need to be arrested. Forget the people hanging banners at a ballgame. Whoever is sitting behind their keyboards need to be tossed in jail ASAP.
