Then ought MB be afforded the same consideration until the investigation is concluded?

Doesn't Fox news crow about being "Fair and Balanced"? Seems like MB should not be raked over the coals until the investigation is done.

Personally, I believe MB attacked LE in a threatening way, resulting in his death by LE gunfire.

I will wait until the investigation is complete before I decided if he "had it coming" or if it was a case of bad judgement all around.

I must admit, I find it very telling the number of people who thought/still think Wilson executed Mike Brown, who seldom answer any questions about witnesses and evidence, just keep on making statements that have nothing in common with what is known. I've noticed a few folks missing from the conversation for some reason!

When I first got interested in this case, I did so because I thought the shooting was unjustified. Didn't take me very long to switch sides...after listening to the witnesses... Officer Wilson's side via the family friend...the real witness that corroborated the officers version as Brown still laid on the sidewalk...

All IMO

A guy just started shouting AHHHHH over and over again for two minutes in front of a barber shop, after shoving a younger guy around.

Guy stripped off his shirt and then started shoving another guy into a couple cars, fistfight. Cops weren't involved until they swooped in.

I went back to FB page and read a lot of the comments. Wow, it does sound like they had prior knowledge of the autopsy report and if they know DJ was admitted MB was going for the gun, the state has no case- now I get it!
If true, I am not surprised that DJ would tell the truth to avoid charges. He seems like the more cautious one anyway, remember he put the box of cigars back rather than steal them from the Ferguson Market video?

yah, but, if DJ has admitted that MB physically attacked DW in an attempt to take his weapon how can that not result in DW being cleared via the GJ?
