Wow, I just heard on Trace Gallagher on FOX say that:
"Officer Wilson's side of the story is starting to get out. A source very close to the Ferguson police chief tells Fox News that before MB was shot to death, he punched Officer Wilson in the face, swelling the left side. Then there was a struggle for the officer's gun, it went off, at first MB ran. Then turned around and went toward officer Wilson. Wilson, who was dazed, began firing but we're told Brown kept coming until the final shot in the head. And witnesses also saw Brown coming toward the officer. Now the FOP say, it's up to the county prosecutor to seek true justice."

So a leak telling DW's story from a source close to the chief, not just Josie's version.

It is not comparing the cases, it is comparing how they are allowed to be discussed here.

I just don't understand how a kid who stole cigars is worse than a kid who raped and murdered a little girl.

I have no urge to see MB dead and just wish He hadn't attacked the cop.

I've heard a theory floated that the reason Al and Jesse are still messing with this case is that they hope there are no charges against Wilson so they can use that angst to push for more votes for agenda driven politicians that will do more bidding for Al and Jesse's causes than the people of Ferguson. That's the last thing they need. But, it's just a theory.

I personally think they are pushing so that the DOJ will initiate some affirmative action against the city. There has been a dramatic shift in public opinion about whether mandatory affirmative action quotas are still necessary. Conservatives insist it is no longer necessary. Holder has lost a few court cases trying to win that battle. That's what this case is now about. They know Wilson had probable cause to make the stop. He wasn't racial profiling but that's not to say the practice doesn't exist within that police department. If it does, it needs to be stopped. So does the practice of allowing children to attend sub-standard schools in that community.

Tim chatting with two local (white) guys who live in the next block. they confess to stalking Tim all night. both said the main event was not race-based but there is a history of police brutality that has never been addressed so they understand why this is boiling over and they hope for a good resolution of grievances

There is a minor curfew law in that County: I wish they would enforce it...

"The county curfew ordinance states that it is illegal for anyone younger than 17 to be in a public place without parental supervision between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays, and between midnight and 6 a.m. on weekends."

That is what I think too - if there is a bullet hole in the car then it indicates that MB did have his arms in a cops patrol car (one reason why I wonder if tox screen will show someithg else) . That is pretty ballsey to be sticking your arm or youself inside a cops car and expect nothing to happen. It sounds like a behavior that one on something might do, but its apretty stupid thing to do! IMO

I was thinking blood. A bullet hole doesn't prove his hand was in the car, but blood and a bullet would...
Add to that IF. Wilson's blood (from nose/face )was under Brown's blood spatter form being shot int the hand, and a bullet inside the vehicle pretty much seals that part of the story. imo.

The warrant is for stealing and dates back to June 2011.

ABC 17 News looked into Johnson's past and found out he has also been charged with filing a false police report in the same year.

After cross referencing several records, ABC 17 News found the warrant, which is for Dorian Jordan Johnson, is actually the same person as Dorian Jarvis Johnson.

I think Megyn Kelly on Fox News may just be the most intelligent, articulate journalist reporting on MSM at the moment. And I NEVER watch Fox News. She is asking the tough questions, Finally. Her points are salient so even I can understand them

ETA: The Governor has his sights on being Hillary's running mate in 2016. Hmmmm. IMO he just shot himself in the foot. Oh well.... JMV I guess I will be missing that $10K dinner...
