Anyone else wish they'd put Mark Furman in charge? His commentary (especially about politics getting in the way of safe policing and suppressing violence) earlier had me ready to unpack my pom-poms. :D

:thumbup: ITA! Finally, a voice a reason amongst all the chaos. IMO, he hit the nail right on the head. If I unpack my pom-poms, can we cheer together??:D

Has press confrence happened yet??

  • #687
Holy, I though Websleuths was a "victim friendly" site. Half of this thread has been about vilifying Mike Brown. IMO

  • #688
On that note, I'll say goodnight. I hope everyone has a great evening.

  • #689
I love that peace train!!!

for me, Tim's youtube and VICE links are re-playing tonight's coverage. same peeps, same convos

???

that's what I meant by a blackout. up 'til tonight CNN/MSNBC would have a "live" box in the lower corner of the screen in case something started happening. not tonight. I can't find anything live, anywhere

Such a shame to see all those boarded up businesses.

Business owners have lost their livelihoods. The community has lost commerce.

So unnecessary.

Waiting on Press conference on cnn right now

  • #696
CNN just short-blipped a shot of the mics and podium ready for the presser (soon/whenever), and they're running protest coverage from earlier tonight

  • #697
Has there been a presser yet?

  • #698
You just made my point
Which has been APPROVED by Websleuths Moderators. Kimster has told you this numerous times! If you have a problem then don't read the post. Simple as that. We have been allowed to do this now for the last several days. And this is not the ONLY case that this has been allowed in!
