Yes it is confirmed. When Phylis ran away, she assumed the last name of the girl she was ran away with *summers," they were arrested 3 times between November 1963 and January 1965. all in Louisiana. On the arrest report, Phylis put down a fake last name "sommers" and fake birthdate. The reason for this was, if the police had known her last name or her actual birthdate, then they would have held her until her parents came and got her since she was still underage. Is it confirmed that Phyllis Sommers and Phyllis Corbin are the same person? The reason I ask is that the vagrancy charges could be mother and daughter, the height is shorter than originally quoted and also the date of birth? I know that the neice said that the finger prints matched, but did they have Phyllis Corbin's finger prints on file before she went missing?
As for the height, when Donna was talking to the St. Louis PD and making the report, they were going based off of the memories of her 2 surviving siblings at the time. Thats why you see the discrepancy of height and eye color, though I do think its possible she still had blue eyes. One of those siblings that helped in the report is no longer alive and he did not have good memory of Phylis regardless. The other sibling was just 5 or 6 years old when Phylis went missing.
I do not think they had them no. This was 1963 when she went missing and she had not gotten in trouble with the law prior to that date, so I doubt theirs any record of them prior to when she went missing.
