it was not this case. in another case they thought the UID was Asian but he turned out to be black.

Aha, you answering to the question if this girl was even black....(but used a different quote) I understand now.... I think she was black, the least mixed African American/Caucasian.

huh? Did I miss something cvaldez? :)
Thinking that cvaldez may have been referencing this case concerning an uid male who appeared to be Asian or White , but turned out he was AA.
speculation.

How you seen her photos? I have, even the crime scene photos that are not easy to find online. She's most defenitely black. I would say 100% black. She was not decomposed, probably she died just a few days before being stored in that cold cellar. Therefore she never decomposed much.

I am very suspicious of the rope, it appeared to be BSA brand. One of my friends was a boy scout so that's where I'm finding this out from :)

Strange..... in this picture no red tape and no yellow "thing" seen.

The St. Louis Jane Doe of 1983

Could it be that LE marked some things found on the rope?

Why didn't they just bring it to them and come to the psychic? That was a dumb move. >~<
Not sure. Seems odd to me as well. It seems strange to me that it could be “lost” at all. It was late 80’s early 90’s and I don’t know how much chain of custody documentation was used back then, but it’s mail. If it went to the wrong address then someone would just get a bloody shirt and rope. Seems like something that would be reported. Maybe it was and LE recommended it be thrown away without looking further into it.

Can you provide a picture and do you know where it is used for. Please help me with pictures, facts etc. so I don't have to ask over and over again.....

I studied the knot. It may be a BSA knot. The knot shown below is similar to the one Jane's hands were tied in.

I'm not an expert in knots (happily) but it seems to me that her hands are tied at random.

That could be true, but if a person who didn’t know how to tie knots did this, the knot would probably come undone.

That depends on what moment her head was hacked of (sorry don't meant to be rude or senseless). Her head was not removed in a "normal" way.....it was hacked "out". How can I say this in a proper way....lack of American English to put this one into words.

I'm going to make a website for Hope Doe. She'd deserve it, and it's a way to get her information out there.

I think they were running out of ideas and were desperate in finding new clues. Very stupid mistake to send the shirt by post. But this was the 80s. I wonder if they collected and stored any samples from the shirt as evidence before sending it. They should have right?

Another thing I was wondering. We all believe the perp knew her somehow. But why did he tie her hands like that? She was a child. So no major chances of her overpowering him and escaping easily. Unless the assault didn't happen in a place where the perp felt like he had full control ofcourse. Or she was recently abducted and transported somewhere. Could be. Perhaps from Chicago to st Louis.

There is DNA for her right. After all she was exhumed again few years ago. Can somebody here contact Parabon and ask them if they can take on her case. It's time that she goes home.

The STL Police Departmentstated they are “aware of Parabon Nanolabs”
