Isn't Rachel Denise Tutor?

JMO I don't think so, but I could well be wrong. Tutor DOES sometimes refer to herself as a Mister, but I sort of think that she has a child or children whose father's last name is Mister. GM has a bunch of sons. Totally confuses me. For some reason I think if GM has a wife, she lives in TN. I cannot confirm that, however. JMO

Why recline the seats? So no one would see a person in the car maybe? Hmmm...food for thought.

I have no idea if it was the reason here, but I have read that someone trying to burn a car up will sometimes recline the seats because the seat covers themselves do not burn as readily as the foam and other material beneath them, and by reclining the seats, it does expose some of the other, more absorbent material. They sometimes will slash the carpeting for the same reason. My personal opinion is that the seats were reclined because Jessica may not have been driving (my real opinion) and was restrained or unconscious, so they were reclined to make her less visible. JMO, as always.

I believe that the first things LE did to investigate were to contact whoever JC had been in contact with by phone, thus, Sha Sha, and Tutor. Not sure how Mister fit in, unless the text was about him. JMO

I was thinking that DT could have messaged Jessica for either support/listening/information or HELP from her as a friend is her mister had punched her (example) and she was at her wit's end. *That* would certainly pique LE's interest. That would explain why they were brought in for questioning. Remember DT's jumping in to say "it was a lover's quarrel". Maybe, maybe not.

I wish we could discuss people's own public FB posts about themselves and their relationships because they're goldmines, goldmines I tells ya of information that explain some things and refute others, including my own previous ideas and opinions. Holy moly the things I've read and not one of them would be in a travel or real estate brochure to entice people visit or live in that area. And that makes me sad because from what I've seen it is so incredibly beautiful and green and I could see it as living in paradise - except for the fear.

My opinions may change, but right now this is it.

I just wanted to put in my 2 cents worth with regard to the accelerant. IMO, the lab results must be back by now and known to the LE agencies that are investigating this case. I also believe that any test results will not be divulged until such time that a trial (& we hope) takes place. This may seem trivial but I feel that LE would not want the killer(s) to be alerted to the accelerant information that they have in their possession (MOO). I'm sure that when they do have a suspect(s) search warrants will be obtained for his/her/their houses, places of work, vehicles etc. They would search for any accelerant that may be stored at the latter. Yes, this is a long shot and any containers may have been discarded a long time ago. But then again, maybe not. Evidence of this nature would be particularly valuable should it be something more unusual (unlike gasoline). In many cases, LE doesn't divulge evidence from a crime scene since it would be known only to the perp(s) and LE.
As an aside, I have many American relatives, two of whom live in Tennessee. These are cousins who are very dear and close to me; one born in Kentucky and his wife in Mississippi. She still has several relatives in MS. I'm going to call them to see what they think. They know I follow crime stories! Lol! In fact, during one of our Tennessee visits, Mary Winkler killed her preacher husband and took off for the Gulf coast. When she was released on parole/custody (I just forget) these same cousins saw her working in a dry cleaner shop in a town not far from them! Sorry for the OT but just wanted to throw it in.

BBM

Only a very dumb criminal would not have emptied the container entirely, and incinerated it during the blaze. Assuming the vessel itself wasn't metal. In which case, they're holding on to the murder weapon or they dumped it in a body of water. I can't imagine they have a forge in the back yard to melt it down.

I often wondered if Jessica wasn't driving her own vehicle and for whatever reason, she was in the backseat.

I certainly agree, but having said that, I don't think any of these characters I have seen questioned would ever be mistaken for rocket scientists. :)

JMO We really have no idea why she left Leah's. She may have decided to leave because she felt ready to challenge her demons. Maybe Mom missed her, and just wanted her home. JC was 19, she had the final decision as to when she would leave, I assume. I just don't buy the chit chat about the difference of opinion between Mom and Dad. I think it was JC's decision, ultimately. JMO

I think that is very possible, and maybe even likely. My gut keeps wanting to tell me that two males were in the car, one driving, maybe both in the front seats. JMO

it doesn't seem like there was time for her to be restrained at the site. she may have been restrained prior to arrival or en route. but if she was restrained at the site, why and how do you untie someone who is on fire? for what purpose? or did they douse her, let her free and light a match?

I agree fully with Mother Ocean's theory. There are other possibilities of course, but that matches to the best common sense and instinct about this IMO.

It might take 30 seconds tops with adequate assistance to apply plastic wire straps to an individual's hands and feet. LE find them an adequate restraint in crowd control situations because of the ease of application and durability of the material.

Why remove them? They will melt off. Something tells me that more than adequate would be done to the victim in the interim. The cheapest forms of nylon have a melting point around 425 F.

maybe.. she was just hangin out with someone, smoking, chatting, whatever. Parked out of view since they werent supposed to be there, hence the parking break.. The person wanted Jessica's full attention but she was on her phone texting, facebooking or whatever and they got mad and said "F your phone" or something similar and chucked it out the window.. A fight progressed, they knocked her out or smacked her (possible gash). and it was an "oh *****" moment. it went from there and her phone laying in the woods was the last thing on the perps mind, possibly even forgotten about in the heat of the moment. no pun intended...

MOO

Well thought out, and beautifully communicated. I don't believe this is what happened, but it is a very plausible explanation. kudos.

PANOLA COUNTY, Miss. – A gas station worker, who District Attorney John Champion confirmed is not a suspect in Jessica Chambers’ death, has left the area for now.

Ali Alsanai told WREG via Facebook he left the state because of the drama surrounding the case and people threatening his life.

He said it was, “too much headache.”

Can't say that I blame him. I would think anyone with the money and means would be packing up and getting out of that town. I know I would.

Maybe so, but they've eluded arrest for over 30 days from the best federal LE has to offer. At very least we have one criminal idiot savant.

Everyone has to be good at something, it's a shame that devious and malicious fall into the category of something.

There seems to be a serious lack of social media out there. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places.

Much of it was erased after the fact Han, although much of that has been preserved by diligent truth seekers and pseudonews outlets.

I am of the opinion that LE has been barking up the wrong tree. I still think that the perp(s) are probably local, but I think by now if they or he or she haven't been ratted out it is because the people on the street have no idea who is responsible. JUST MY OPINION. Someone wanted JC destroyed. JMO

Still she was supposed to go home that night and appears that she didn't. Coming home to clean your room; that sounds like a mom's idea esp. on a weekend.

You may be right. The problem is there are just too many trees in that town. Seriously, from what I can gather here and elsewhere, there are at least a handful of people in that town, any of whom may have wanted Jessica dead, and all for different reasons, real or imagined. Add in the possibility of it being someone not so obvious, and it just boggles the mind.

?? Well, no, she didn't, she was murdered. JMO

Maybe she left because she was duped by an old, bad element there?

Still got 5 on it. JMO.
