I hate to be in the position of defending Casey, but the news story I read actual said she was told to go back to her cell and she did so without comment. Not quite the same as "calmly" going back to her cell minus being told to do so. I think the point of the story was that she didn't balk at returning to her cell. NG went on and on about her being unemotional as she watched the search. She may well have been but that's not what was reported in the story I read.

Thanks for the clarification, gardenhart.

i wonder how much longer before cindy says the one armed man did it?:waitasec:

Or the bushy haired stranger (Diane Downs)
or the black man (Susan Smith)

The list could go on and on...

I still have 20 pages of this to read but I just had to say this:

Tim Miller has lost a child. Her bones were found in a field. He has suffered terribly from that loss and has compassion for others going through the same.

I do not believe he would make something that vulgar up about LP. I believe this is why Tim left Fla. early.
He was sickened by LP's comment and probably wanted to distance himself from him.
He also left a few behind to continue searching and to probably keep an eye on LP to make sure nothing funny was going on.

I am SO sickened by what LP said that it took my breath away when I heard it.
Poor Tim put his face in his hands.
You could see the pain he felt even saying it.

And to think that LP said this to a man whose own daughter's bones were found in a field.

"Can you imagine the cameras and you holding Caylee's skull!!!!! in your hands. Think of the money we could make."

My God!
Where is the humanity in these people? The A's, LP, Casey, Lee.
Why is everyone trying to profit off of this poor child's death?!

I had never HEARD of Tim before this case.
Then I went and read his story. Heartbreaking.
He has never tried to profit off of a missing person before. He stays in the background.
I don't think he enjoys being in the spot light. He is all about bringing peace to tortured families. He also has been doing this for many years.

On the other hand, I HAVE heard of LP before this. Many times.
He's always trying to get himself on TV.
Always trying to be "Bounty Hunter" of the year.

He saw an opportunity and interjected himself into this case from the very beginning and he's not about to let go of the cash cow.

You know, if I were any member of the Anthony family, Casey, Cindy, George, Lee, and if Casey were truly innocent, and I heard something had been found in the river, I'd have gotten on my knees in front of the TV, praying, crying, hysterical that they'd found my dead child. THAT would be the innocent reaction.

Here is a link describing "Side Scan Sonar"

http://www.tritech.co.uk/products/info/products-info-sidescan_sonars.htm

"Finer sediments like clay and silt, on the other hand, do not reflect sound well (low backscatter). " The sonar wouldn't see so well under silt.

Angry little man that TM. Glad he won't ever get another donation from us.
I had to contain myself. Using Side Scan Sonar on a bed of silt is like driving with black plastic over your headlights.

Thanks for that link.

AMEN! And that would be the reaction of most. I follow many missing persons' cases and have seen a wide variety of grief and denial displayed but none such as that displayed by the As. I would have thought a close religious or family affiliation might would have helped them..... JMHO, as always.

When I was on the Kelly Morris search that same speech was given about her husband. Search teams do not need to be discussing cases in the field, they need to be searching.

Did they serve liquor there too? Just teasing ya. I love your blog and always look forward to updates and new information. :blowkiss:

Nancy is supposed to be covering the Caylee case and discussing the "Alleged" Found bones...
http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/nancy.grace/

Mods, delete and virtually kick me if she doesn't report it! :blowkiss:

I frequently watch NG but she's getting a little tiresome with her rudeness to her guests....whom I assume have been invited and didn't just pull in the parking lot to get on camera?

I declare ! That's the rudest woman on the planet when she starts that "just answer yes or no" ! If I were TM I wouldn't give her the time of day.

SS I respect you opinion on this person but I have to tell you, I have respected others, had faith in, confidence in and I am to the point now I trust no one in this. It seems all in some form, or some way or another have some kind of agenda. I knew better but I let the propaganda and others opinions influence mine. Not anymore. I trust no one.

It's the creeping KC crud that's infecting everyone.

I read a lot of this thread, and saw a lot of the show last night. But I haven't read here what ppl think of that brown mummified looking limb. Was it an arm or leg? I'm pretty sure it looked like a joint covered with mummified skin. Why isn't anyone talking about it. I even searched leg bone (cause that's what I thought it was) on this thread but didn't come up with anything posts with those words.

I think they figured out it was some kind of tree branch. It did look like a leg though.

**Bold is mine**

Tim Miller said ...we will search until we find her....makes me wonder???

I never thought he would stay until he found her. That was obvious hyperbole. But given the fact that TES put out a nationwide call for volunteers/donations and hyped this as the "biggest search in history!" you'd think he'd make it past 28 hours. That is just plain wrong. A man has to keep his word, especially when it impacts so many people.

I'm glad 8,000 didn't show up. That would've been ridiculous. TM's history of coming and going was probably a partial reason more didn't come.

In my opinion TM is similar to the A's, in that we'll never understand the *logic* because nothing he's done or said has jived with his actions or what we come to expect from logical thinking and there's no point in trying to make sense out of a pretzel.

It was? Odd how it was jointed - whoever was holding the item shown on NG was bending it at a joint, the way you would a pair of pliers.

Strange.

Jennieb, I have to agree with you there. This has been weighing on my mind, too. TES pulling out not once, but twice in this search on short notice (this time without a good explanation) does leave a person to wonder. I defended Tim the first time.

With the expense of putting things into place and getting everyone together, it appears to me it would make sense for him to follow through with what he says he will do. This hasn't been happening and it is troubling for people to see. It doesn't bode well for their reputation, imo. They could have gotten more people out to the search by asking. (I actually got in trouble for trying to do so!)

I didn't see one reporter mention them going to Jennifer Kesse's apartment complex and searching the woods and ponds. I was to understand they were also going to do this.

Yes, and you know, I'm sure he saw enough of CA (interviews, news reports) before he came the very first time to know what he was dealing with. For people to still say "oh, but the A's are difficult and that's why he left!" is just silly.

Everything is wrong with this. It makes no sense. I have my own theory but I don't want to say anything because it's crass. As much as I don't like it I sadly think it's true.

Excuse me, but I watched Cindy live tell Lenny if he proceeded with the dive teams she would sue him. So that is not true regardless of what you have been told.

I watched it live as well and I heard her say MEMORIAL not dive teams.

I have a certain degree of respect for both men and I don't think we will ever know what was said or not said, how it really went down. So I have nothing critical to say about either man...never based on rumors or he said/ he said.

I just wish they would stop and take a time out from the mudslinging at least until either Caylee is found or the case is at it's conclusion, out of respect for that poor babe's soul, her loved ones, and anyone who has put thier heart and soul into this case.

After it is over I could care less who says what about who. If I don't like what they are saying, it will be easy enough to tune them out.

I think you are so right! I don't think TM would have ever went on the air about LP's plan until what happen yesterday. TM does not seem the type to make stuff up.
