My thoughts excatly, I bet this is what the defense is gonna be, casey never picked her out of the lineup so casey never named this particular Zanedia

But, at the same time, Casey (and the other members of the Anthony family) have constantly and repeatedly said that ZG took Caylee. In doing so, they've so sullied the name ZG, that this particular ZG is dealing with a lot of problems. Once they hear her name, prospective employers won't hire her, and she's getting threats.

If John Morgan is smart, he'll contact others with the name ZG and see if he can find others that have had problems because of the noteriety of the name.

I would be INTERESTED in the money after going through all she has gone through in this.

I would as well! It was a little commical when her attorney said "it's not about the money" then went IMMEDIATELY to the book deals, movie deals etc. but then again in the beginning I liked when he said KC has pushed everyone around and it's time for someone to push back!

Yes, Casey named someone with the same first and last name as the kidnapper, but Casey specifically says 'hyphen Fernandez' and does not ID this ZG from photographs.

I just don't see how she has a case.

She said ZFG who had been to the Sawgrass, had connections in NY, and is half-Black, half-PR.

There's ONLY one.

I've gone down the Identity theft road myself when this case first broke.

Do you remember the woman named ZG that had her office broken onto on June 9th?

See, now, here's my theory: She heard/read this on the news and that's why she picked that name. I dunno if it was plastered on OrLAHndo news or not at that time.

I think no matter what happens there will still be people out there that think she had something to do with this (ZG that is )

I think that under the circumstances, she should be lawyered up and she should do whatever she thinks she needs to do. I don't fault or judge her. But on a personal note, I don't think that she was ever really a suspect. There was a lot of speculation that was limited to crime forums - mostly because people were trying desperately to connect the dots and find the links...But I don't really think that it ever went beyond that. KC's lies dominate so much that, from the beginning, it seemed quite clear that something was amiss in the accusation.

I completely agree. Something's not right there, but hard for NG to interview or help if family won't talk. Yanno?

That's exactly what I'd like to know! The only similarity I've seen so far is the first & last name, and looking for an apt. at Sawgrass. Yes, the two cars look like they could be confused with each other, but not the kids issue or the photo id. MOO

Problem is, most people aren't crime buffs., like we are. They don't pay as much attention to things like that.

Especially when KC has used the name SOO many times.

There is "talk" on other forums that there very well may be a connection to Jesus O here...Lots of speculation. Mostly the discussions are about how KC could have dreamed this up. I have seen virtually nothing to suggest that people think that ZFG is actually involved.
