Could the heli before could have been transporting the POI or injured offices (maybe during the detainment) and now the search at the residence is for NG?
Highly likely the helicopter had zero to do with the case. I think we should drop the helicopter idea.

I don't know if my being tired is making my theory-making questionable. (Unusually in the way of optimism tonight.) So posting here as a check. The person of interest taking in was somewhat notably delayed between happening and reporting. (Just an hour or two I believe, but it was not live time breaking.)

It seems, for LE strategy + maybe other reasons, moves are being made and not reported in live time in the way other cases sometimes go. Also, as we all know, press is covering this differently in a number of ways. With key outlets/reporters, I would posit, perhaps being more restrained against some "rush to break rumors" ways because it is a friend and colleague's loved one at the center of the case.

Given all of that. And that the lifeflight looked like it stopped for some time on a rural residential road just north of Rio Rico. (Shared via varied tracking posts above thread.) I want to believe it...could be possible...that the flight is related/was NG. And that due to sensitivities of her condition + family wanting to be there to process as medical care is rendered...that perhaps that bit of information would also be delayed in being shared, like the capture of the person of interest was.

Am I wildly too optimistic? So little in this case has followed standard expectations, I'm not sure.
Okay. Where did it originate?

I believe the location is here. Traffic red, matches street sign in pics.

Are you referring to those little pins that come with some Apple devices? They have an oval shape and a stick?

Lord Almighty, the person on the film seems to have trained for this watching Monty Python...what an absolutely extraordinary choice! Flowers! Especially while wearing gloves!
Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Literally and figuratively speaking.

And he just repeated on live TV that they haven't found NG yet.
Guesses are this is the $6 m ransom guy who has no idea what happened to NG. Just trying to make a fortune.

I'm still holding out hope. I don't think it would be released yet anyway...just my opinion

Any locals have info about the area being searched Rio Rico? Demographic, quiet or busy, geography, what it's known for, etc.

Curious about the area in general.
I wouldn't want to be there on a Saturday night, unless your idea of excitment is Pilot Truck Stop or Love's Truck Stop. There is a Subway at Love's and a Joe's Mexican Diner Joe's food truck and a Wendy's at the Pilot Truck Stop. That's the only gig in town. Sounds real exciting.

My take is that it's more like intruder caught on cam IDd, traced, radio'd local PD (traffic) to apprehend.
