I think he's smoking something JMO.It also appears he has something in his mouth or places something in his mouth? This guy appears a thinner build than suspect at NG’s. Could the other backpack include extra clothing to “beef” him up a bit? In the unblurred video it kinda looks like he’s wearing one of those latex masks. IMO
Hopefully, their primary focus is locating Nancy - and the prosecution's needs are secondary.Completely agree.
It seems like they’ll need a confession or similar in hopes someone takes a deal before it goes to trial.
Even in that case, not sure it would stand up to an appeal.
What a nightmare.
If this true geez...Well I mean maybe LE should take a tip and ask for a copy? Sounds like a good idea!
Long ago, in conjunction with my job, I talked with local LE. Included in one discussion was that in the event of a robbery, their department traveled nearby roads to look for objects that had been tossed. IIRC within 7 miles was the distance perps often tossed say, ID of the homeowners, paperwork, etc.I’d agree that the attacker then had his hands full anyway you look at it.
And he sure didn’t want to be caught with that gear so throwing it out randomly might have seemed to him his best bet for disposal under the circumstances.
imo
It did seem really random to ask for footage from a small window three weeks before. Wish people wouldn't cause confusion like that.
I think a pp indicated there was an attempted burglary around that date in the neighborhood...I believe it was posted this AM I'd have to review alot of posts back though...Why January the 11th?
Thanks. I wish those times could be confirmed then. It doesn’t make sense there would be three backpacks and two different jackets if it were the same person though. If you look at Harvey Levins video right above talking about this — the timestamp for the perp at NG’s is 2:12. So that gives this person 19 minutes to drive 5 miles to NG’s house and suit up. Odd things going on with backpacks that hour - that’s for sure. Weird coincidence— but could be.
I wonder if anyone reached back out to APS after the business card was left? And wouldn't LE work directly with APS in this case if there were concerns about NG's well-being prior to her going missing?I asked AI, and they might make a visit if someone was reported missing.

There is video on TMZ but I read it can’t be posted here. Maybe the mods can respond.I think a pp indicated there was an attempted burglary around that date in the neighborhood...I believe it was posted this AM I'd have to review alot of posts back though...
…but how well planned was it? The guy is bumbling around the porch with not even the most basic plan for dealing with the doorbell camera. Even if you don’t know if she had a camera, you would at least be prepared in the event it was there. Just an inch long piece of tape would cover the lens. Or a clawfoot hammer would quickly unmount it. Instead he wastes time holding his fist in front of his face while he sees how tight the camera is mounted then looking around the porch and yard before deciding that a scraggly plant is the best thing to block it.
Based on my same sense of his demeanor, I’m actually wondering if he was somehow coerced into it. Coercion has such tremendous currency in our digital era.Have not thought of this! I’ve been trying to put my finger on his general demeanor approaching the entry. No hurry or anxiety. Reluctance seems to fit.
MOO
Harvey Levin of TMZ. See my post up thread.Who is Harvey and what’s the actual source for the timeline change? It’s been consistently stated there were two different cameras reporting events at 1:47 and at 2:12.
Agree. And while it’s possible, you mean to tell me he hadn’t heard about the abduction until he was in custody? Anything is possible, but I don’t buy itSomething about this guy is off. His body language is too extra. Too exaggerated.
1 % chance it's a womanThere are women who murder and kidnap. There are women who are 5'10. The stats that were reported are incorrect. Women account for 24%. This isn't a small percentage . It is almost a quarter.

I just want to add something to this, this particular APS worker owns a PI agency and a former cop. Since I am not sure what the rules are regarding this, and I am not going to give the last name. With the card info, it is a simple google search of the name, and viewing her LinkedIn page. Not that her work background is important to why a card would be at the door, but she does seem to have extensive career and background in law enforcement. If this is not allowed, because I am not providing something of fact, then please remove, and I do apologize for breaking a rule.I asked AI, and they might make a visit if someone was reported missing.
