PRAY !God bless her. That must have been so hard for SG to do. What can we do to help?
Hold Nancy up with positive thoughts!
PRAY !God bless her. That must have been so hard for SG to do. What can we do to help?
Thank you so much for transcribing this. I watched it, but TBH, I couldn't bear to listen. It is just so heartbreaking and reading it is easier at this point.Transcript:
"Hi there everybody. Um, I wanted to come on and just share a few thoughts as we enter into another week of this nightmare. Um, I just want to say first of all thank you so much for all of the prayers and the love that we have felt, my sister and brother and I. And that our mom has felt. Because we believe that somehow, some way she is feeling these prayers and that God is lifting her even in this moment and in this darkest place.
We believe our mom is still out there. We need your help. Law enforcement is working tirelessly, around the clock, trying to bring her home, trying to find her. She was taken and we don't know where. And we need your help. So I'm coming on just to ask you not just for your prayers but no matter where you are, even if you're far from Tucson, if you see anything, if you hear anything, if there's anything at all that seems strange to you, that you report to law enforcement. We are at an hour of desperation. And we need your help."
Misremembered, I'll go back and edit. Thanks! No, allegedly, based on the media leak it was specified as 5pm. We can assume otherwise.

Staggering Nancy Guthrie ransom demand amount revealed by local TV station
The alleged captors threatened the elder Guthrie’s life if the deadline – set for 5 p.m. local time – wasn’t met, the outlet reported.nypost.com
It would still be circumstantial evidence.
Of course but if you have vast resources, which I believe this case does, it's likely worth a shot. run down the 10 IP addresses that might've hit on that address. See if anything shakes out.It would still be circumstantial evidence.
Exactly. Another example is serial killer John Floyd Thomas Jr., also known as the Westside Rapist. He preyed on elderly women in their homes. One of his suspected victims, 85-year-old Isabel Askew, was abducted from her apartment and her body was found in a vineyard over a week later.I don’t think you can say that with certainty. There are plenty of documented cases where serial offenders broke into homes, abducted people, and then transported/disposed of the body elsewhere. BTK did this. The Golden State Killer was literally known for home invasions. Israel Keyes abducted victims and moved bodies. So the idea that “a serial killer wouldn’t take the body with them” really isn’t a rule, it’s something that has happened.
Fair enough. If she thinks SIL could be involved, maybe appealing to a possible accomplice then?Quite contrary, IMHO. Something has changed. Seems to me, she has gotten information that the ransom appears to be proven a scam and not related to her mother's disappearance or just as she was about to hit the button on sending $6 million to someone--LE had to let her in on where they are at in the investigation and it's pointing elsewhere like many here have said. She's now in the loop with LE, so to speak.
Ok, so I'm going down this rabbit hole and now LE approaches and says hey wait a minute--here we have x,y,z. After the initial shock, your like ok. I'm composed I know what to to expect next. We need your help finding mom. Yes, I do believe that she's come to terms that this is a recovery effort based on what LE told her. Now, she's appealing to the public to find mom's body. As morbid as that is to write.
That's how I'm reading this latest video.
are we allowed to? I have read the article too.Can your notes include dates and am and pm please. We really shouldn't half ass notes
Since it's a paywall, can u give details about the pertinent details ease.
this is a good point!I am hoping Savannah sent this last video because they expect or hope the abductor a will be begin to move Nancy back towards Tucson after the ransom is paid and they want people to be watching out because they could be anywhere.
TMZ and the local station both reported that the note stated "the final deadline to pay the alleged ransom in the kidnapping expires at 5 PM Arizona time today."The assumption has been 5pm local (AZ) time, which is two hours behind the east coast. But allegedly the note didn't specify. JMO.
I think if you wanted to go down this path, the way I would start is by taking a look at the Pima County Assessor website. Check into who has viewed the records for NG's house in the last 3-6 months. That should be a very small number (for a random house, I would guess zero, or a single digit number — maybe a few more in this case because of her relation to a high profile person). I don't think it's incredibly likely that the perps here would have looked that up; even if they were doing some serious planning, I think they could get most of what they need from Google Maps and Earth. But it's at least something to look into, if you do suspect that it was carefully planned. And I think it's more tractable than going through the hundreds of billions of searches Google does in a week (let alone two months).True but, and I'm just going to throw out a random time period, let's say 2 months. So who in the two months before NG was taken, who searched her address. Then you match it up with other queries in the local area and see if the crumbs lead to the same IP address.
Agreed. But WHY? What changed?Yes. The first two videos were speaking directly to the "kidnappers" and only them. In this new one she cuts them out completely and appeals to her public for help. Major FU.
My opinion only.
Correct, they being LE. But how did LE conclude that? AFAIK they only know that the garage opened then closed.but they said she went in through the garage
I don’t think anyone knows if she’s actually married or not. Please delete if I can't say this, but early on someone else pointed out that AG is hiding her ring finger between her legs during the 2nd video. Did anyone see her wedding ring?
