Wow! I just watched his video, honestly he should probably be a comedian. Shocking though he called the SIL "creepy looking dude" at the 6:16 mark and at the 7:07 mark said "she's certainly not going to be sex trafficked, Who the hell would want that?" His semi truck mouth ( I could do better) makes me think he should be a comedian. IMO

Just wanna say in response to the “who the hell would want that”… I have first hand experience with an individual who was around NG’s age that was sexually assaulted and ultimately died as a result for a gang initiation.

ETA: I should say I have first hand experience from the medical side, this was not an individual that I knew personally. Regardless, it was a very upsetting and tragic situation for all involved. The perp was very young too. Just awful all around.

that doesn't confirm they didn't receive it though. i think it's within the realm of plausibility that LE/family did receive one but didn't publicize it so kidnappers sent it to MSM. this also goes along with my earlier comment that the motive potentially had less to do with money than it did an obsession with savannah.

Indeed. A ransom note - rather than the blood or initial condition of the home - could've been why they reacted so assuredly that it was a crime scene, and what convinced the Sheriff that she was "taken from her bed" (yeah, yeah I know he walked that back as metaphor, but I think LE tend to mean what they say, Freudian slips and all).

I am not clear on what was up with the camera(s) that were removed from the roof on the building behind the house. IRC it was several days after the house was released to the family, I think it was the third time they went back to search. If they were cameras that recorded it was a a huge oversight.
I agree that it was a big oversight. But they were the same kind of cameras as the other ones, they might only record a few hours and then re-record over that.

do we know for sure that it wasn't sent to the guthries or LE?
As far as all the reporting goes it was sent directly to Tuscon TV stations including ABC affiliate KGUN and the CBS affiliate KOLD and TMZ. They have said so and the investigators never refuted this and Pima County investigators I believe confirmed this.

The last leak of the $6M ransom amount and conditions were by Tuscon ABC affiliate KGUN9 which was one of the recipients.

SG said in the first video "We too have heard the reports about a ransom letter in the media. As a family, we are doing everything that we can." She never said they got a note directly.

Yes. I have a monitored pacemaker that transmits to my phone app. As long as the phone is nearby it doesn't matter where I am.
Crazy thought but I wonder if they have thought about taking the watch around some of the areas to see if it picks up the pacemaker in case they can locate her this way?
-How far from the device does it connect?
-If, sadly, she has passed, is the pace maker still recording data and would it connect to an app?

It seems far fetched but I would say they are desperate at this point to find her. And obviously this would only work if she was still in the immediate area.

I should say the first hand experience is from the medical side, I did not know the individuals directly! It was a really tragic situation, though, and definitely shook up pretty much everyone involved.

I appreciate your kindness!

But if she charged her watch in the same place, it would have been a known location to almost anyone who came into the house, i.e. cleaning, repairs services, visitors, etc. For reference, I leave my charger plugged in and in the same location. Then I just place the watch there every night before bed.
I'm just using your post, not necessarily directed at you..

Every one keeps assuming her watch must have been on the charger. When Harvey has talked about the watch, he never mentions a charger, at all. It's quite possible she was wearing it and was made to take it off or was taken off of her.

Harvey Levin, love him or hate him, said that it was so very specific that he believes that its possible it's real and written by whoever took NG.

FYI: I wear my smart watch to bed, I have a pattern of when and where I charge it too, but it's during the day. My watch is so smart, it will tell me when it's just about that time for me to put it on the charger ;)

Whatever your thoughts are on her, do we know why AB has been mum for days? Someone said she was gagged but that was unconfirmed. I wonder if she's chosen to remain silent, or been gagged, or her source was gagged? Just curious, because if she did have a LE source, I would imagine she would have otherwise unknown info (for better or worse)
I wouldn't say that, she posted a video last night on her youtube channel. Drop Dead Serious.

ETA: Actually it was just posted 12 hrs ago

Evidence collected during this "consensual" period is generally admissible in court because the residents waived their Fourth Amendment rights voluntarily
Yes, they would have a signed consent to search form for any third party residences they went through. Consent can be revoked at any time, but evidence gathered during the consent period is totally admissible. And plain view evidence that they observed during that consent period can also be used as probable cause for a search warrant down the road if consent is withdrawn and some puzzle pieces come together that necessitate it.

IF TO was involved, perhaps AG was involved after the fact? Meaning, the crime had been committed, AG found out/was and is in shock but ultimately chose to protect the father of her child. At least for the time being..

She put out a podcast today she recorded Sunday night.

It was reported on FOX that they had consent warrants.
Those are different things. A consent search is when the occupant voluntarily agrees to a search of their property. A judicial search warrant is court-authorization for law enforcement officers to search the private property specified for the evidence specified. It establishes the parameters of the search and documents the findings. It helps protect the legal rights of the occupant. It helps ensure the admissibility of any evidence collected in future prosecution.

Has the 911 call to police been released? I suspect that if there was a ransom note that the caller would've stated that.

"Help! My Mom (or MIL) has been kidnapped! I have a ransom note!", etc.

FWIW, I was referring to statement made previously, I think by Sheriff, that her watch was left charging, her wallet and cell left behind…early on this was said.

Doesn't make sense to me.

You can be a suspect and LE still ask for consent to search. You can be a suspect in an armed robbery and LE knock on your door and ask for consent. You say no and they detain you until the warrant is signed. That's pretty common practice.

I can't think of any reason LE would be searching a house, taking pics, and removing items if no one in that house was a suspect. That would be an unreasonable search and its frankly ludicrous a retired FBI agent would say someone isnt a suspect just because a warrant wasnt signed.
Enlarge your box, it could be someone other than AG/TC who has access to and knowledge of the homes. For example, do they have a private chef who cooks meals? Do they have a common housekeeper or landscaper?

If that’s the case there would be no danger of AG/TC rolling back on a consent to search.
