Man, this view of the eyes sure does look more female than male. I know it’s hard to tell. But if I just saw this photo only, I would be convinced this is a female. The body looks male though on the full view.

Re-looking at photos of jacket: could that black strip across his chest actually be part of the backpack? I’ve never seen that before, but if it is, what would be the purpose of a strap that high on his chest?

It might be the backpack chest strap. That strap is to stabilize the load which he might have fastened to help with all the stuff he has in the pack.

Is this person wearing rubber gloves?

They appear the be black nitrate gloves to me. But then the colour may be off as this was filmed via infared. There is also def something bulking up his cuffs, I was thinking perhaps he is wearing a couple pairs of gloves, to ensure none of his DNA is left behind. The thick eyelashes, appearance of him almost wearing eyeliner reminds me of some of the Portuguese males I know. Some Portuguese men have incredible eyelashes. But it’s all just speculation.

Jacket looks like some knock-off nike air tech jacket. Looks like a star logo by the backpacks strap, doesn't look like an exact match but the Dallas Cowboys nike jacket looks pretty similair.

It's exactly like a Nautica jacket. Stripe is the same width.

The gloves look leather (or faux leather) to me. They appear to have seams on the outer edge and on the fingertips. JMO

I apologize if this was already covered but I have not seen anyone carry a gun quite like that. I would expect concealed or on the side. Any gun enthusiasts think a certain type of person wears their gun like that? Almost makes me think this isn't a seasoned gun person. Thoughts?

I was just thinking that... there must be more footage they were able to retrieve. At some point the blood splatters appeared at the front door after these videos.

Edit to add: tho if the person removed the camera there would not be further recordings...

i think he just has long eyelashes. nothing about the build or gait looks feminine to me in any way. and men are often blessed with big, full lashes that they don't deserve. lol.

on the same note, i also don't think his eyebrows are actually very thin/manicured, it looks like they're partially covered by the mask. or maybe, as someone else speculated, he's wearing a second mask underneath that's peaking out that gives the appearance of eyebrows. it kind of looks like there's a dark rim on the edges of the eyeholes underneath the eyes too.

If they had many layers on it might be hard to holster it on the side.

I agree, I don't think this looks like the SIL. At the same time, LE is spending an awful lot of time looking at AG's house, asking businesses near AG for video, and talking to a lot of AG's neighbors. If they were pretty

I think some people, including myself, are starting to turn the 'SIL did it with help' version of events.

This is the time to (a) install security, regardless of how rudimentary it is (b) convince elderly parents to give in to the necklace/alert device - many resist and it might have saved Nancy in this situation (c) buy stock in Ring and/or Google

Agree. We already had a ring but installed a pretty high end camera 2 months ago (very safe neighborhood in S Cal) and it is amazing the things that go on in front of your house at night when asleep.

Totally agree with this. Anyone in the close circle who wanted to do away with her would just have to push her into her own pool. No need for a huge ruse.

Cameras at the house would prevent that from happening. From all reports she had numerous cameras. Would look pretty suspicious if she was found dead in her pool during the day and all the cameras had been erased.

I considered there would be videos of her, but if he disabled the camera shortly after the images that have been released, I don't think anything else would be recording.
