This is very intriguing. Does anyone know about how this works? Would an APS caseworker be brought along to a call about a missing elderly person, automatically?![]()
Former hostage negotiator offers theory on Nancy Guthrie abduction
The terrifying abduction of Savannah Guthrie's mother Nancy may have been pulled off by a coordinated group of criminals, a former hostage negotiator believes.www.dailymail.co.uk
What is the card which has been posted in the doorframe in the photo in this article?
In my mind, MOO, I could imagine a scenario where a caseworker paid a call stemming from a report to APS about a possible case of elder abuse. Finding no one home, they leave their card just in case. Or if the person denies them a meeting, they leave their card, again, just in case.
I’m guessing, IMO, the card was left behind after the police released the home back to the family, in case someone wanted to report something. But if the police and FBI are on the case, it’s gone well beyond APS.
Curious about this, if anyone has any insight.
