Maybe the person who gave her the info did so intentionallyVery true, but maybe wants her moment in the spotlight for fame?

Oddly enough, women in their 80's do tend to 'get lost' or wander---it's not that unusual. I think it usually turns out OK . People just get lost or confused and they are recovered safely. How many other missing elderly women are there in Tucson??
Decided to take a look at crypto kidnappings. Sharing this article mainly for the GitHub link contained within that has an extensive database of crypto related crimes- including kidnapping/ransoms. From what I see though, somehow it’s known the victims or family of victims have large amounts of crypto.

Brazilian Mom Held for Bitcoin Ransom After Alleged Kidnappers Stalk Crypto-Trading Son - Decrypt
A Brazilian crypto trader's mom was kidnapped until a Bitcoin ransom was paid in the latest crypto "wrench attack," local media reported.decrypt.co
He is a 6th grade teacher. If the grandchildren were older seems like they, or someone closer to their age, might be a better fit - being the ransom is bitcoin and all. Seems like a half-baked scheme for quick payoff that someone young and lesser-thinking may concoct. Just speculating ofc. Immediately thought of family when the ransom note turned up. jmooThe old adage goes, "The criminal always returns to the scene of the crime."
IMO I would think that in this area and neighborhood anything out of place would have been recognized right away. If the only vehicles that have been around belonged to a family member, that can be telling. IMOI’m surprised that we haven’t heard about a suspicious vehicle etc seen on neighbors security cameras etc. Seems like the type of neighborhood that would have plenty of cameras. I would have suspected to have heard about that within a few days. Perhaps authorities are still working on what vehicles seen on cameras have reasons to be in that area etc etc. I just really thought when the story first broke we’d have a make and model of vehicle very quickly. Not sure what to think at this point tbh. Only thing I can figure is that investigators know who owns the vehicles seen in the neighborhood and or have suspicion of someone close to the victim. moo
My 94 yr old aunt - who also lives alone -still drives to dr appts and groceries & such - but not so much at night - lots of seniors give up night driving but would have no problem driving themselves to church every week. I don’t find it unusual at all that someone would pick her up and bring her home for something in the evening and yet not need to be picked up for church the next morning. Was NG still driving at 84? Signs point to no. 1. It's reported that she had limited mobility. 2. Annie and/or TC transported her to and from mahjong the night before. She's reported as unable to locate to the fam by a church friend after 11:00 a.m. for not showing up to church. So then who was it that was supposed to give her a ride to the church service? Service was prob around 9, 9:30 or 10:00. You would think whoever it was, they should have reported her unable to locate earlier than 11.
The chances of being attacked by a bobcat (let alone killed by one) are extremely low, and a bobcat (or multiple bobcats even) most likely would not be able to remove a full grown human body and if they somehow did there would be drag marks and the body wouldn’t be far.Maybe she was attacked by like one or more Bobcats at her front entryway while opening the front door to get inside. This could explain some blood at entry way inside and outside home plus the smashing of front door cameras. She could have left the apple watch charging when she went to dinner which is why she was not wearing it. The son in law dropped her off after the dinner event 1/31/26 and perhaps he did not walk her inside the home and make sure all was sa fe and secure for her to get to bed. The daughter lived 10 mins away and posted in past about Bobcats at daughter's Tucson property.
Most definitelyIMO I would think that in this area and neighborhood anything out of place would have been recognized right away. If the only vehicles that have been around belonged to a family member, that can be telling. IMO
I thought he was fairly certain that by Thursday they would have been through viewing the camera cloud footage and have that information. He seemed pretty confident that next presser Thursday early on Tues. I think they will have some breaking news.
Yep, same here. My mom is 92 with limited mobility and she drives, just not at night. And drives herself to and from chuch every Sunday. My 94 yr old aunt - who also lives alone -still drives to dr appts and groceries & such - but not so much at night - lots of seniors give up night driving but would have no problem driving themselves to church every week. Does anyone know how long it might take to process the car that was supposedly towed? I’m curious if they would have any results back by today or tomorrow.I thought he was fairly certain that by Thursday they would have been through viewing the camera cloud footage and have that information.
yes we saw Annie and husband. leaving but where did they. go?We have not had more organizations pick this up, and it should be possible to verify that their car is impounded. I would think, for a journalist, this would be easy to verify. Journalists have been posted outside their home since hour 1 of this story, there should be images of their car, the tow truck etc... Where are they?
Maybe its true, where is the evidence?
Was a reason given why he thinks she's alive?DM saying the sheriff thinks she is alive.
this is some crazy bs. wow..they have no idea where she is though.
I can't even imagine why LE would like this, to be honest.Only if LE wanted her to report this information for tactical reasons. Otherwise, she’d be risking the integrity of the case.
They probably did search that area already----but they were looking for Nancy at the time.I cannot believe they are "just now" searching the area behind the house...WIG'sName are they doing? mOO
As I understood it Savannah has security and was staying at her sister's house.....not sure now.OK, sorry, I misunderstood, No idea what kind of security at Annie's house
There aren’t street lights, according to a neighbor, and:I’m surprised that we haven’t heard about a suspicious vehicle etc seen on neighbors security cameras etc. Seems like the type of neighborhood that would have plenty of cameras. I would have suspected to have heard about that within a few days. If you are a family member who wants the person dead for insurance why would you hide the person/body? Maybe if you are worried that your DNA would be found on the body -- finger nail scrapings
I believe no person of interest publicly…. Moo
