I think it's verified that NG took an Uber to AG house before 6pm. And we know police were called to NG house closer to noon the next day. There is a large chunk of time there. I guess we don't know actually if/when she was driven back to the house. But that there is a pretty big chunk of time there when many things could have happened.

I believe the standard practice for documenting Luminol is actually not to use flash or external light sources and instead adjust aperture and use long exposures.

Well then it seems SIL has been the focus all along if this is true? Why would they luminol otherwise. He hasn't been seen I was wondering if he was in jail but then that makes no sense because why would SG and siblings release another video? I still keep thinking back to the post on here about his band mate needing to be seriously looked at, that was such a random thing, why him? Not even sure where it came from.

I have been skeptical this entire time that the ransom demands are from the same people/person responsible for NG's suspicious disappearance. If SIL is potentially involved in the disappearance AND the ransom, I will be very interested in how he pulled the double agent act under the same roof as the daughter. There's just a LOT of maneuvering that would be necessary there and potentially outside players too.

I feel like the SIL potentially being involved and the ransom letters are completely unrelated. Ransom notes still seem like opportunistic bad characters trying to take advantage of the situation. Agents have been at AG's house several times now. First visit to AG's house agents were seen carrying in a Cellebrite case to collect and analyze digital data. Now they are taking photos and maybe spraying Luminol tonight? Idk

Every LE visit to AG and TC's house seems to add credibility to the narrative presented by AB in her podcast video early this week. Especially visits that take place at odd hours

I do think AB's podcast reporting may have been wrong on two small points, but they are minor if the main premise is correct.

First, I don't think it was ever established that LE took the cameras that had already been "smashed" by the perp(s), as I believe the Sheriff came out a said that LE didn't remove the camera(s), which is/are missing

Second, just my opinion, but I don't think there were signs of forced entry unless you consider the destroyed back door lights to be evidence of a forced entry. I suppose there could be lock or hardware damage on the back door that can't be seen from the photos that have been posted, but there appears to be no damage to that area of the front door. Also no damage to the main body of the back door.

Pure speculation, but I think the perp may have entered the back door using a key, perhaps one that was always kept hidden back there under a rock or something. Again, all pure speculation

If something did happen to Nancy at Annie's house, and Nancy never made it home that night, it puts the evidence at Nancy's house in a new perspective. Blood can easily be transferred and placed very obviously at the front door. The camera manipulation and interference, the smashing of the light, the opening of the garage door and closing it soon after. Nothing revealed so far shows confirmation that Nancy was in her home during these hours.

The ransom demand could be related or completely unrelated, especially given the time delay to when the first letter was received. Someone with access to information on the inside could easily reference things at the crime scene that make it sound like they they were there, when in reality they just had access to the investigation in some way. We've seen how easy 'insider information' can be leaked.

Aren't Annie Guthrie and other relatives staying in the house? If they thought it was the/a potential crime scene it seems odd that they would be in there all the time and police would be stopping by every so often to collect evidence.

What in the world is going on with this case?! Makes you wonder how close - or far apart - the family and LE are right now in terms of what they believe to be the truth about the situation.

This is an interesting question. I googled and results seem mixed. Looks like it will heavily depend on the type of rock. Best fingerprints come from non-porous smooth surfaces, but not all rocks fall into this category.
