Please don't let this be another Eliza Lam situation with the tank
Right now ?The property is surrounded by LE.
I dont think you can walk up into someone's home and search it without their permission or a warrant.Warrants are needed unless AG/TC gave their permission?
Don't know because I never experienced a S & S.
They basically have.In hindsight the FBI should have been the lead since day one. Sheesh.
I am especially perplexed by this considering the fact that Nancy is the mother of a well-known national celebrity and the FBI being involved. With how much news coverage this has been getting from the very beginning, I would have thought they would be checking every square inch of her house/property within the first couple of days, knowing how many millions of people are watching and judging what they do. And for this to have happened a couple of times - going back and getting on roofs/taking a camera - or was it a light - something that they felt they needed at least, and again to check the septic tank. This time they should check everything, bring in metal detectors, ground penetrating radar, etc, so they don’t have to come back a third time and again appear to everyone that they don’t have creative thinking skills.I am kind of stunned so many obvious hiding spots have gone unchecked for this long, what the heck? They are just NOW checking this?
Thank you. I said I must've totally spaced that I asked that. Lol.Son in law. AG's husband. This thought came about way back and LE has been all over their house at different times, so. Something is up/has been past couple of days at the least. IMO
Oh please. I thought we weren’t going to hear from him until Thursday. Or if there was a significant break in the case. And there he is, telling the same old lie he’s told for a week.
Where has it been stated that this picture was taken the night she went missing? Thank you.
Sonoran Desert. 90 days to a complete skeleton. Lots of illegal's bodies still there. Reservation land inside Sonoran too. This is real - knew a guy who just parked his trailer in the desert outside of Tucson, lived in it for a while. A remote place in parts.I'd be super surprised if she was on her own property. Far too risky for the Perps. I think somewhere in that vast desert nearby, a well known dumping grounds for the criminal element. Of course, I could be wrong - I have been more than a few times.
Amateur opinion and speculation
Totally agree. The son-in-law only came up here due to Ashleigh Banfield saying her LE "source" told her this. Otherwise, he wouldn't be getting this level of (IMO) unfair scrutiny.
I don't think that was what was said last week. Im pretty sure they said that there wouldn't be a press conference until they had a reason to give oneOh please. I thought we weren’t going to hear from him until Thursday
I'm having flashbacks to Monica Burgos, killed by her producer husband Bruce Beresford Redman, and found in a septic tank on the grounds of the Cancun hotel they were staying at. Damn, they were my neighbors.....Please don't let this be another Eliza Lam situation with the tank![]()
Or just download twitter lolSome of us don't have Twitter so link doesn't work! Would be so grateful if folks posting Tweets would give a one-sentence synopsis![]()

IANAL but although technically no warrant is required if the homeowner gives consent to search, in a case like this I would imagine LE would obtain a warrant to avoid evidentiary issues in the event of a prosecution (i.e., the homeowner revoking consent, claiming coercion, etc). JMO.Warrants are needed unless AG/TC gave their permission?

Oh man, don't send me down another rabbit hole tonight... I got work tomrrow!I'm having flashbacks to Monica Burgos, killed by her producer husband Bruce Beresford Redman, and found in a septic tank on the grounds of the Cancun hotel they were staying at. Damn, they were my neighbors.....
I don't know why, but I feel strongly that the word "celebrate" was strange and really out of place given the situation. I think it was a code word. Maybe the kidnappers provided the family with certain words in order to communicate something entirely different. Remember that the kidnappers initially stated, "You will have no way of contacting us." Does that make sense?I understand if English, or this term “ celebrate” is not familiar to you.
MOO, it refers to celebration of life, a funeral or memorial.
