WHOOPS! My bad. Still getting my footing here. It's against the rules to sleuth minors. Just a heads-up.

Many people choose to remove wedding bands temporarily for all sorts of reasons (e.g. playing sports). Perhaps she left it at home and did not want to travel with it. Not massively relevant to the case tbh.Why isn’t Savannah wearing her wedding band in yesterday’s short video?
IIRC after.Quick one
Was the random note received before or after the public found out? I'm not sure it's mentioned, just deadlines.
just google [senator mark kelly savannah guthrie] you'll find bunches of articlesIs there a link for that?
"Ms. Guthrie, whom friends have described as a devoted Christian, was expected at church that Sunday morning. But when someone at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian did not see her in the pews, they called her family to check in.I don’t mean this in the wrong way, but who was looking for Nancy being on a livestream church service. I understand that friends might look for each other in person, maybe to sit together or go to coffee after. Is it the same for virtual church?
And I wonder why Nancy wasn’t going to church in person. The fellowship and the feeling of togethership (especially during hymns) is something that many people especially enjoy. Did she miss it?
Was she avoiding anyone?
Looks like the kid is 12or 13ish from the pic I saw. Way too young to be involved in anything like this.

Tricia has posted recently reminding all of us that, when posting a still from news video, the link to the video itself should be posted as well as the time stamp of the still taken from the video. Would very much appreciate that information.
It’s misdirection. Say, for instance, this was a familial murder. The criminal is thinking “I’ll make it look like she was kidnapped by a stranger and held for ransom, so the police don’t look at me.”I mean this as a serious question because I'm very confused about all the comments that suggest the kidnapping and/or ransom demands are just a ruse to cover for the murder. I don't really understand what that means. How would further entangling yourself with a crime be helpful? It changes nothing.
Yes it’s hereThey might be playing very very sick games.
So are we sure it was the septic tank of the neighbor LE were checking?
Because if so, this is getting really crazy.
ETA: I looked at google Maps satellite view and indeed think that the septic tank(s) LE opened are those next to the neighbour house and not next to NG house.
I'm on my phone and am struggling to add links and screenshots but someone above already did.

Do you have a link?A veteran Navy Seal Commander who was involved in many, many kidnap situations (Iraq etc) was a 'best guest" on today's STS Live and he states he personally believes NO way is this a genuine kidnap for ransom.
He claims it appears to be Extortion. The way it's played out just doesn't fit with a genuine kidnap for ransom situation.
Who wrote the extortion email? How do we know these are the abductors? With all due respect...if it isnt a kidnaping, where the hell is she? A kidnaping is the unlawful taking or confinement of a person. They havent found her in the house or in the neighborhood. Unless they think she wandered off....I just don't understand why people still think she wasnt kidnapped?
The only fact is and verifiable by law inforcement is she got an Uber ride ."It was the type of Saturday evening that Nancy Guthrie treasured: dinner and game night at the home of her eldest daughter and son-in-law.
They lived near each other, in the unincorporated desert communities north of Tucson, Ariz., and Ms. Guthrie arrived by Uber just after 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 31. The family spent about four hours together before Ms. Guthrie was driven home by her son-in-law, who watched to ensure she made it safely inside, the police said later.
At 9:48 p.m., her garage door opened, according to a timeline from the authorities. Two minutes later, it closed. That glimpse of Ms. Guthrie heading inside was the last time anyone in her family saw or heard from her."

At the same time, if the motive IS the ransom money why did it take so long for the first note to come in? She went missing late Saturday night/sunday morning and the first note was received at 6:40pm on Monday. The FBI was involved by that time, the story had absolutely blown up, etc. In general, that’s ~36 additional hours for you to be caught before you’ve even asked for the money. Wouldn’t you want this wrapped up as soon as possible?I mean this as a serious question because I'm very confused about all the comments that suggest the kidnapping and/or ransom demands are just a ruse to cover for the murder. I don't really understand what that means. How would further entangling yourself with a crime be helpful? It changes nothing.
