Inmate lookup is no longer accessible for Pima County (Tucson). I've been checking it on and off throughout the weekend and this is the first time I've seen this message. Can check for yourself here. Personally checked for myself in Chrome and Firefox incognito.

Taking this from the first timeline of notes, the Sheriff convoluted things because he first said:
- Believes at 9.45PM her "children" left her off. Then later in the morning they got a call from "someone at the church saying your mom's not here". "The family went to the house.. they spent some time looking themselves before calling us; maybe they got there around 11AM". They did some searching and realized they needed some help and called 911.

That's why there was all this, "wait why did the family wait an hour to call the police??" But then in the next update he said the family got there at 11:56am and called 911 at 12:03pm." Which is a WAY difference timeline and narrative. (And would be only seven minutes before they called 911, not "spent some time looking themselves before calling us,")

He also seemed to indicate in that same first press conference that someone alerted the family at 11am that mom wasn't in church. (Not that the family first arrived at the house at 11am.)

I honestly think he had his own timelines and church facts confused, so I have no idea what the deal with church vs online is true either.

Delete if not allowed. What if an ex-neighbor was caught trespassing? Someone that knows the area very well. And the house. And the house they used to live in which was across the street? The same house nobody answered at today when LE was knocking? And the ex-neighbor just happens to work for one of the largest medical device companies in the US...with their top product being...pacemakers? Do we know the brand of NGs pacemaker?

There is also something interesting in terms of what the sheriff said on Monday versus the timeline presented later in the week. He says the family (implying AG and SIL since SG was out of state) got there at 11AM. The slide deck timeline presented later in the week says they called 911 at 12.03PM. That is an hour before the "realized" they needed to call. No accusation here, but the timing is quite interesting. Perhaps sheriff was speaking generally at the earlier conference.
He was speaking generally I believe. Their timeline now says that the family arrived at 11:56am

Is there any chance kidnapper is mailing them riddles that say "shes close to home" or something?
Oh, yes, that sounds as if someone would find it vastly entertaining, but if it was, in fact, the kidnapper, it would indicate a very twisted nature, or someone who simply does not care. What a terrible thought that is, even beyond what one has imagined so far.

Would we then maybe consider that the person(s) involved are watching all this very closely, but not from within?

All opinions, of course.

Interesting. I've been checking the Pima County Jail inmate roster every hour or two for the last couple of days. Now I see this: Pima County Sheriff Department

Thank you for clearing this up as that seemed like a big discrepancy.

If the family is no longer asking for proof of life in the last video and says that they will pay, then what are they waiting for? There must be some strategy behind this. They aren’t asking for more communication. They’re not asking for anything in this latest video. They have the bitcoin account. Creating another video was redundant. Can anyone guess why they did it?

They know what the alleged kidnapper wants. They know where to send the money. They’re not asking for proof of life… so, what’s the point of the video message then? They already seem like they’ve accepted that she’s no longer alive. Is this a final plea before sending the money - that the “kidnapper(s) do return the body and not just disappear after they’re paid? Or is there some bigger strategy here?
Perhaps they know who the individual is and are appealing directly to that person. It was posted on SG's Instagram. Could it be that they knew that the person would be likely to see the appeal there?

Murder definition: the crime of unlawfully and unjustifiably killing a person
Accidental: didn't mean it to happen.
If a death is a murder then it's not an accident.
It's manslaughter if someone kills somebody and it's accidental.

The 11 AM thing is not verified. LE didn’t include that.

Right. So why wasn’t this call to family from church member in the timeline from police? Should be easy to verify
I also wonder if it was verified by LE if this churchgoer called NG first or immediately called family. I know cell phone records will show what and when calls were made, but we didn’t hear LE report that attempts were unsuccessful by churchgoer in contacting NG, so call to family was made. If it were made first to NG, did it go straight to vm, ring, etc…if only call was made to family, why wouldn’t they have tried to call NG first….
Also, was she going to drive herself to church or was someone going to pick her up? Uber? This church timeline needs to be expanded and shared. MOO

This notification was removed from the official timeline. Don't know why. I have asked several times, so assume unknown to public.
Unfortunately, no one of an official capacity has explained this or given much information at all about anything really - which is why so much of this thread is speculation. But here’s my speculation on why the call from the friend at church was removed from the updated official timeline. One possibility, the timeline has been updated to only include what has been verified. Yes the sheriff did say in the beginning that someone noticed NG was not at church and called the family but he also said in the beginning that the family got to the house at 11 and called 911 about an hour later. New timeline indicates they got to the house at 1156 and called 911 about 7 minutes later not an hour so Sheriff had to walk that back. Sheriff also said early on that NG was taken from her bed and later walked that back. Eventually they released a new timeline with only info substantiated by electronics - except for the family arriving at the house at 1156. Or so it seems - but I strongly suspect they entered via the garage keypad and there is a time stamp to verify it or they would have excluded it as well. Why? Because the whole reason for the new timeline seems to be to clean up everything the sheriff needed to walk back without specifically doing so. By having everything backed up with timestamps and telling him only to talk about those things, they are keeping him from mis-speaking about it again and the press calling him out on it. In fairness to the sheriff, it seems he was trying to give more of a summary of events and didn’t realize the press and public would be hanging on his every word and taking it literally. He was letting his team be responsible for the details and the interviews and such and brief him and was trying to summarize what he’d been told even though he was being asked specific questions. And like the child’s game of gossip things got twisted before the info came out in the press conferences. He should have had a professional spokesperson to handle press conferences and news interviews to begin with but seems to insist on being the only voice of the sheriff’s department - which is certainly his right but sort of brings to mind the whole all things are lawful but not all things are expedient concept to me. In reality the only reason we think someone called and said NG was not at church was the sheriff told us so but the sheriff didn’t speak to that person and we don’t really know if anyone did or if whoever was briefing the sheriff just took the family’s word for it so we don’t really know if the caller said she wasn’t at church or she wasn’t online for the service. And we do not know if anyone actually spoke to that person though the sheriff indicated he was sure someone on his team would have.

Amateurs who stage a family crime can tend to get anxious and think the longer they delay the 911 call, the more suspicious they look. Also sometimes they are under some other sort of time pressure. Amateurs also make mistakes as there are many moving parts to covering up a crime.
Sure. But I think it’s a bit of cognitive dissonance to believe they’d be tech savvy enough to submit the ransom notes via website feedback forms while using a VPN to make them untraceable, yet would lie about about a phone call.

Is this pure speculation or are you getting info from somewhere?

If the first, maybe consider placing an "IMO". If the latter, sources would be nice. :)

Im finding it really hard to believe a kidnapper would take such a risk in the regard that this lady due to advanced age could just literally drop dead of heart attack or no meds in a period of sooner time than given for ransom payment. Plus, liquidating assets in amounts of $6 millie can take up to 10 business days with a bank as they place "holds" on large transfers, even for rich people. So, here's this "mastermind" we are supposed to believe overlooked 2 critical components of this mastermind plan. Im sorry, im calling bs.
I suppose it could be someone young and inexperienced. Making mistakes. Of course the ransom notes are said to be written by someone sophisticated, very intelligent, writes well.

So the pieces don't fit together well. Unless there is more than one person involved. The person handling the kidnapping is young and inexperienced, the money person older and educated, tech savvy. Or we are looking at two separate crimes and perpetrators.

Or perhaps they didn't care if NG lived or not. They figured SG would pay either way. Which is what is happening.

Maybe they paid the first time and heard nothing, so the second note came in and it said they wanted more money, so SG put out the post stating they will pay (more?) and maybe even since yesterday they’ve paid (more?) but the perp isn’t going to hold up their end of the bargain? I don’t think we can assume from the fact that NG hasn’t been recovered yet that it means the family hasn’t paid yet. There’s no honor among thieves and all that.

I'd like to believe that she is. However, in order to do so, I'd have to believe that the nefarious person or persons who kidnapped her are warm-hearted enough to keep her alive and tend to her needs for a week or more. It's possible. But the bloodstains on the porch lead my mind in a different direction.
I’d like to believe that Nancy is still alive, but sadly, I don’t think she is. 🥺
SG’s words yesterday, made me think she is paying to get back a body.
