This may be a grievance against NBC. Have any particular parties south of the border been the subject of NBC investigative reporting?
I doubt those cartels especially Mexican cartels would want to kidnap an American citizen unless they're fine with a ground invasion. They're not dumb enough.

Would this week be long enough to start receiving dna resilts? Imo confirmed dna results will be when case would get the big break and start moving again more quickly… Hoping soon so family can start to have some peace.

I can't find a single documented instance of a cartel crossing onto us soil and kidnapping a us citizen

Please prove that this is the cartel.
Are they sending out text messages? Are they on SM?

If they want attention, they can go on SM and broadcast this. They will get even more attention.

Which school does SIL work for and which roll off dumpster company do they use?

There is zero evidence anyone is involved!! Lol

After all, NG lives in direct juxtaposition between Area 51 and Roswell, NM. I don't think that this has been completely reviewed in light of the fact that she dissappeared on February 1, 2026, the exact night of the full moon, also known as a "Snow Moon".

I am consulting my Tarot cards and doing a complete horoscope for NG. Will reveal the results when I am completed.

There are two parties here. One close on the ground and another is the brains behind this. I think the hoax guy in California is somewhere in the orbit and got greedy. I’d grill that dude. He knows something.

I was half expecting to hear today that the body of NG was found somewhere after the message from the family yesterday that seemed to acknowledge what happened and that they will pay for information regarding the location of the body (at least that was my interpretation of their statement). I hope and pray that they did not pay a ransom for information about where the body is located only to get no information. How could someone do that to a family that has been through so much already? I don't know much about Bitcoin, but once you transfer funds to a Bitcoin account, can you get it back if you did not get what you paid for? I suspect not.

If you could have met my mom. 90 years old (5 months shy of 91) when she died a year and a half ago. Lived on her own (second floor) apartment, still drove, and pretty much to the end would go out to late dinners with us or even friends her age. Saturday nights were for the local pub and dinner, drinks and dancing.
NG had her Saturday night out with her family, and stayed overlong presumptively because after dinner involved game playing. And, since they lived close by, this could have been a regular thing. I see no reason for a bedtime stamp on older individuals. They all vary and manage what they’re able. Again, my mom normally stayed up later than I do most nights.
My mom is 89. Drives. She’s gorgeous. Has an incredible social life. Super healthy and crazy energy. She has more energy than I do and can stay up late socializing.

Long post, sorry, but I had to get my theory out.

I have suspected all along there were at least two suspects involved - one to restrain NG and the other one to grab the vehicle. The blood splatter IMO suggests NG stood on the porch for a minute before being loaded into a vehicle, and certainly an abductor wouldn’t leave her there alone for that time while they retrieved their car. One suspect stands there with NG, restraining her, while the other drives there to pick them up.

Now here’s where my theory gets wild but hear me out. If we are to assume the SIL is one of these individuals, he cannot be sending the ransom notes since the FBI is literally breathing down his neck. However, the way things are panning out (evidence collection at his home, towed vehicle) it seems he has some part to play. At the same time, the ransom notes seem to provide proof that whoever is sending them also had a part in the crime.

What if the SIL planned this all with someone else? The goal was to collect as much money as possible from the Guthrie family, more than what just inheritance would’ve provided. SIL drove NG home and then returned back to his home. The second suspect went to NG’s property and carried out the abduction. SIL came and picked suspect # 2 and NG up (so no SIL DNA at the scene). They returned to SIL’s house where they harmed NG (so blood evidence at SIL house). Then, when the news all broke, the plan was for the second guy to send the notes with information about the crime scene and extort SG for money (providing a further alibi for SIL because there’s no way he could’ve sent them, and whoever sent them obviously did it). Then, SIL makes off with part of the inheritance and his cut of the eventual ransom and
he’s provided the perfect defense of “look this kidnapper did it for ransom!”

This is all JMO, please don’t come for me.

Perhaps it has something to do with the exchange rate of bitcoin? Or rules and regulations about bitcoin? IDK, someone with knowledge about that end of things would have to chime it.

Someone else here suggested SG's employer might have death/kidnap insurance on their TV celebrities. Maybe the extortionists did their homework and it is tied into that somehow.

Or they know SG's cash liquidity.

IDK just guessing.

SG is wealthy for sure, but not super rich. If she is worth $40 million, $10 million is a big chunk of her wealth. Maybe they thought $6 million was more apt to be paid.
At the time of the last note, the exchange rate of $6mil was exactly 86 bitcoin. Those of us working or who have worked in the restaurant industry in know what 86’d means 😓. Is it a coincidence or a message?

Don’t mess with Texas is already taken as a slogan so the cartel might need something more original.
Until we recognize them as an enemy force on our border, and treat them accordingly, expect more of this psychological terrorism.

For the free advertising: guaranteed 24/7 media coverage.
Wouldn’t they be actually advertising something though?

MY APOLOGIES. My Thumbnail was incorrect. It said "Septic Tank Removed," and that IS NOT TRUE. I have changed it.
